One might reasonably expect a "medical" establishment to demonstrate at least a baseline commitment to honoring appointments or, at the very least, to notifying patients of cancellations in advance. Instead of being accommodated for the inconvenience caused by your team's scheduling changes, I was made to feel as though the burden fell back on me as the client. When I asked to speak with the owner, Lily, on two separate occasions, I was told she was "too busy" -- in one instance, sitting and doodling in a notebook -- to address my concerns directly. This is not the standard of customer service I expect from any business, let alone one where I have invested in a monthly membership. A responsible business owner should take accountability, ensure customers are respected, and work to resolve issues caused by their own staff. Unfortunately, that is not what I experienced here.
