I decided to ask Sabrina few questions around 7:58pm thinking she'd reply by the next day. About 10 minutes later, I got a detailed, helpful, and extremely polite response from Sabrina. This, however, led me to ask quite a few more questions which Sabrina answered with the same thoughtfulness and detail. With my permission, Sabrina then began to ask me questions about what I was looking to order, how much I was looking to spend, and what my typical day looked like. Based off the information I provided, Sabrina recommend a few different custom options in order to create the perfect wedding band for all my wants and needs. Still, I was skeptical. I was agreeing to pay a decent amount of money for a ring that sounded perfect, but besides the pictures I saw on Sabrina's website, IG account, and Etsy shop, I had no way of seeing. Sabrina assured me that although she had never had anyone return a ring to her and she was very confident in her work, if I wanted to return the ring, she would fully refund the purchase. This was huge - most jewelers do not refund custom orders. After hours of messaging with Sabrina until about 11pm, I decided I wanted to buy. Sabrina quickly whipped up the online order, sent it my way, and began making my ring. During the ring making process, Sabrina stayed in contact with me, either answering questions that I had along the way or updating me on where she was in the process. Not even 2.5 weeks later, which is completely unheard of when buying a custom ring, I received THE MOST PERFECT wedding band I could have ever asked for. I am very, very picky about my jewelry and can find the most minimal imperfections in almost any piece. It's a curse, really. I am speechless and in awe of the ring that Sabrina created for me. I have received SO many compliments about the ring and cannot believe that I get to wear it as my own. I cannot recommend working with Sabrina enough. She is one of the most kind people I have got to work with and truly cares about her work and her clients. I only wish that I had found Sabrina earlier and had her make my engagement ring as well.
