An extra small might be super tight for some clothes, while a small might be far too big. I had to return a few items I received online due to this. At least the return process was very simple! My biggest complaint about this store is the amount of white shirts stained with makeup!! Almost every white shirt had foundation marks on the neckline. I know some businesses will discount those items, but these were still full price. Definitely inspect your shirts before buying to make sure there aren't any stains!

They will roll their eyes at customers, people will snap at each other in the store waiting on those long lines and you can't get any other dresses once you are in the dressing room. That kinda makes sense since line is so long. However they also don't want you to get any other sizes. So bring 2 sizes in with you if you are unsure. On our visit I witnessed the staff multiple times rolling their eyes and snapping at customers. They DGAF bc they know you'll prob be back despite all of this. And trithfully, they are probably right.

Windsor is hands down one of those companies. ---- We needed a plumber to fix what we thought could be a root intrusion, a clogged main, or a break in our main sewer line. My wife gave me the name of two companies, that she had researched, to call and set up initial appointments. Windsor could not do the day of but I was promptly scheduled for the next day. It was a breeze to make an appointment with Windsor. The other company, could come that day but, couldn't give me even a ball-parked time frame of when they would be there. I got just a 30 minute warning call that they were on the way. The other plumbing company quoted that the repair basically required ripping up part of our driveway to replace sewer pipe and the addition of an access pipe. This was to eliminate their diagnosis: a clog cause by an intrusive tree root into the terracotta sewer pipe. As with any possibly large home project we always seek out additional opinions & quotes... And boy, am I glad we did! Justin, the guy that met me for the appointment was honest & straight forward. I gave him the run down of what the company the day prior had told me and we decided that he'd run a camera down and give me his analysis of this 'let's rip up your driveway' root intrusion. Pretty sure that we he came across the root that he said something along the lines of, 'That's it?'. After running a camera down he let me know that he would not feel ok with ripping up a driveway to fix that small intrusion. That there were much less invasive ways to handle this small amount of root in the sewer line. He did point out a spot a little further into the line from the dreaded intrusion that at some point might become disjointed at a bend in the pipe- something that the initial company didn't mention. All in all, a root intrusion that nearly cost us a massive chunk in repair costs was handled for far less.

Windsor Place on Graceland Drive is just bad. Like real bad. From what I seen and heard anyways…read more Pretty much everybody got bed bugs and roaches. Don't matter if you clean or not. I ain't checked every apartment obviously but everyone talks about the same thing so you kinda put two and two together. And then they make you pay for exterminator, which don't sound right to me but that's how it goes there. People smoke 24/7. Cigs, weed, whatever else. The smell is everywhere all the time. In the halls, in the apartments, on your clothes. Nobody stops it. Seems like nobody even tries. There's also a lotta shady stuff. People coming and going all night, weird smells sometimes, cops and fire trucks showing up more than they should. There's been a bunch of fires lately, or at least more than normal for one place. I don't know exactly what everyone's doing but it don't feel safe, that's for sure. Management is useless. Complaints don't get fixed. Stuff just stays broke. Feels like they just don't care or don't wanna deal with it. The place itself is falling apart. Hot water goes out. Appliances don't work right. Washers don't get hot. Dryers don't dry. You put in maintenance and nothing happens or it takes forever. All around it's just a dump and stressfull to live in. Maybe some people got no choice but if you got options, I'd look somewhere else. Just my opinion from what I seen. No hot water, they shot it off and turn water pressure down so u can't take a bath or nothin.

So, we looked around and applied to just about every low income/HUD apartment in town. We'd heard it took years to get in an apartment and honestly I thought she was going to have to go into a nursing home even though she didn't really need to. Well, we applied here and she got in fast. We saw the filthy wallpaper and the yellow dimly lit halls and the apartments complete with shag carpets and perma-smell of cigarette smoke. The airhead manager/secretary assured us no one smoked indoors. Hell's bells at night on that second floor every apartment except mother is smoking. They won't fix anything and she got some crazy memo saying they aren't aloud to use their garbage disposal on the kitchen sink because they might get clogged. They do absolutely nothing but smoke there that includes the secretary and janitor. She is so sick of the place and she is not close to her year. She said she break her lease if something else comes up. I went to school with the owner Johnny Moore I'd think he'd be ashamed of the horrible conditions they have these people living in. So grimy and the damned lighting they have in the hall its like a horror movie. Nothing nice for those people. They do pay a portion of the rent and other places have some basic activities besides pot smoking getting drunk in the hallways and smoking cigarettes in your room. What took the cake is mom had a couple bulbs burn out and they told her SHE HAD TO PAY 18 DOLLARS TO GET A BULB REPLACED IN THE APARTMENTS LIGHT FIXTURES.! I could see if it was in her personal lamp but this is a kitchen light. She cannot afford it so it remains out and she has to work by the light over her stove. This is financed by the government it is illegal to make these already poor, feeble people pay 18 dollars for the janitor to put a bulb in! I'd bother to turn them in but nothing would happen with that ghetto. I guess it's better than the streets but not by much. You are lied to the whole way through and the rumors are true.

We were very excited when we found a couple dresses for her to try on. I went in with her and my three friends to help her make a decision and with putting on and taking off the dress. You know that's what friends are for. Then one friend pops her head into the dressing room and says an employee stated you can only have one person in there at a time. We were baffled by the fact you couldn't have anyone in there to help a friend out! We then exited the dressing room shortly after. Even after this experience my kind friend still put a dress on hold to buy the next day.
