Tip of the day is to park close to where you'll be spending most of your time. Otherwise, you may need to do some walking. Luckily, Solita Tacos & Margaritas was located along side the parking area. No problem at all, so I order online at this location with the help of an employee and their store manager, Lebon Keawprasert (or however you spell his last name). I pay for the sweats and am told that they will BE DELIVERED IN STORE within 5-7 business days. Fast forward THREE WEEKS LATER (12/22/18) and I still have no email about my delivery to the store. Thinking that this unprofessional act was strange, I go into the store and asked where my shipment was. The other store manager, Charlie Crouse, is conveniently helping me out. He checks my order status and to his dismay, sees that it has been recorded as "delivered on 12/17/18" to the mall, yet, they do not have my order in the store. Why is that, you ask? Well, the first store manager I referenced told his employee to just list the delivery location as the mall location, not specifically to "in store delivery to hollister". THIS IS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT, MIND YOU. So obviously, I need these pants. Instead of helping in any way, I get a response of "I'm sorry but they have never been delivered and they are now all sold out and can not be bought. The best we can do is give you a refund that will take 3-5 business days." BUT WHO KNOWS BECAUSE BUSINESS DAYS ARE NEGLECTFUL IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I'M SORRY WHAT!? No compensation, nothing. Just a "don't know what to tell you" type of crap response. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE is the expectation that you should have when galloping to this disgusting store. Hollister Co. has lost my business FOREVER. If you love incompetency and a lack of customer service of any kind, you will love this place. My message to you Lebon and Charlie, reevaluate your profession and impact on the company when our address future customers-that's the least you could do for ruining my family's Christmas. She made it even more special by making the same design into cufflinks for my husband. Michelle was very pleasant and accommodating via email and set up an appointment with Kristin, one of her stylists. Kristin was fantastic - full of energy and a great personality.; we got along with ease. I never felt pressured to try anything I didn't like and she didn't hesitate to give her thoughts about any color or look she wasn't feeling. No pun intended but it really did feel like I was shopping with a friend. I powered through an exhausting 5 hours (I don't have much shopping endurance) and left with an assortment of new shirts, pants, jeans, and accessories. The experience definitely broadened my perspective and gave me a great foundation to continue with moving forward. There are these new Cutie Cuffs that are Harry Potter house characters and some other cute characters like Aragog and the Dementor lol. Love these for putting on your backpack and just having it as decoration for universal studios. I hear people use them for decorating their steering wheel which I think is super cute! Anyway, these are blind boxes but the boxes have tiny holes in them so you can get an idea of the color and which character you're getting. Luckily there's only one green for Slytherin so I went on a hunt for it and happily found it here! I'm a Hufflepuff but got the Slytherin for my friend since that's her house. After I got what I needed, I headed over to their pokemon figure section and was a bit disappointed that they basically had none of the new jazwares figures, all old. Could be that they sold out quickly. I also did some shopping in the bath mats and found what I needed. Sadly one of the mats I got was too thin for my liking but will do for now.
