She came over with 2 enthusiastic and hard working staffers and they got to work right away. Very diligent and organized and they made enormous progress. By the mid-day, the garage was completely cleared out. I thought it would take 2 or 3 days at least as I had a ton of crap. They diligently removed everything, sorted it out and categorized what could be tossed, or recycled or donated or would stay. And they diligently carried away several cars worth of donations at the end. The items I kept were put in nice transparent cases with clear labels, and there was a lot of room to move my storage in. My family spent all weekend tiding up so that the maid would have less work to do. I had asked for a basic 4 hour cleaning session. I wanted the kitchen, the floors, and bathrooms. The first maid came and stayed about 40 minutes before saying she had a family emergency and had to go. Her supervisor txted and scheduled for someone else to come in the evening. They arrived washed some dishes and then bailed, telling my oldest daughter "I will be right back i'm just putting away my things"... she never came back... then i receive a txt saying they're canceling my cleaning and i will receive a "refund" (still haven't received it). Saying that my home would need more cleaning? Both maids never left the kitchen never to even remotely asses if i needed more hours (which i offered to pay for) ... All in all i got absolutely zip from this company and am EXTREMELY disappointed. I would AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The cleaners/maids are not committed to the job and would rather be doing whatever else than what they are paid to do.

I though that's great, because the ladies could focus on those items that need deep cleaning which is more than enough time. The two ladies (Sheila and Erika) showed up on time with great attitudes. I walked them over those items I'd like to be done and let me go about there work. Within 2 hours they were done and had me sign to complete. However I was not satisfied as they only cleaned the outside of the oven and microwave. They didn't vacuum the stairs and the Master Bedroom toilet had blue liquid in the bowl. My tile floors were mopped but not vacuumed or swept. Again, thank you for showing up on time and sending to wonderful ladies. However, perhaps my expectations are too high so I hope to find a service that can help me with a cleaning worth the time and money.

I decided what to keep, donate or trash, then everything I kept was placed in containers/bins (if needed), then labeled and all put back in the cabinet so I can see everything. Gone are the days of searching for an item (so much time) and gone are the days buying duplicates (so much money). I cant thank them enough. I feel like they helped me re-claim my space. I have lots to say for this review!…read more We had an ice maker leak in February that caused some damage to our kitchen and adjoining rooms. We originally decided to go with the network that worked with the company that helped us with the leak. It was going well and we got what we needed from insurance but for the rebuilding side of the project we didn't feel like we were much of a priority so towards the end of September, we reached out to Monica because two of our neighbors used her and were super happy. Monica came out right away and during our first meeting, I just knew that I wanted to work with her due to her creativity and professionalism. Once we pulled the trigger and hired Monica (we had to get out of our contract with the first company so that took some time), she started right away. We went and picked out all of the pieces for the remodel together. She listened to our thoughts and incorporated them into her designs for us. We had our entire downstairs redone. All new floors, new paint on all of the visible walls downstairs (went upstairs too), new baseboards, new sink and fixtures, we extended our counter to allow for open seating, refaced kitchen cabinets with new features that I wanted to add. We redid our guest bathroom as well. Refaced cabinets, lights, mirrors new paint and fixtures. Our family room got a fireplace make over too. I also have new light fixtures and chandeliers throughout our downstairs that her electrician installed for us. He also replaced and added sockets for us in the kitchen. I'm sure there is more that we did, but I'm drawing a blank. I'll add! But long story longer, it's November 17th and just a couple more little tweaks and we will be done and this only because we keep adding stuff to do because we love how things are coming along!
