I thought this was a great value since it's not something you typically see at a smoothie shop. I ordered online before arriving to save some time and chose the X-Treme Watermelon Smoothie with the Chocolate Hazelnut Toast. When I got to the store, there were a few customers already waiting and two employees working. After I let one of the employees know I had placed an order through the app, he acknowledged me and said they were working on it. Unfortunately, the wait ended up being the most disappointing part of the visit. While I was waiting, three customers came in, placed their orders at the counter, received their food, and left before my online order was ready. It seemed like the in-store orders were taking priority and I think there could be a better balance between preparing online and walk-in orders. Ordering ahead is supposed to save time, so it was frustrating to end up waiting longer than customers who ordered after I arrived. Once I finally received my order, the smoothie was the highlight. The X-Treme Watermelon was refreshing and perfect for a hot Florida afternoon. The Chocolate Hazelnut Toast was good, but I think it could have been even better with a little more fruit. The bread was also toasted more than I would have preferred, making it a little harder than expected. If I order it again, I'll probably ask for it to be lightly toasted. Overall, I like the idea of the bundle and think it's a great value for the price. If the store can improve how online orders are managed and make a few small adjustments to the toast, this would easily be a place I'd visit more often.
