    Amazingly delicious

I don't know why rating are so low for edible arrangements. I was gifted an arrangement last week and the flavors are amazing. Ordered some yesterday for a special occasion today. Arrangement arrived on time and delicious. I will be a regular from now.

I placed an online order in advance for delivery - I know how absolutely crazy these kinds of businesses get especially around certain holidays so I thought it was smart to have my delivery made for Friday instead of Sunday (Mother's Day). The order arrived to my mom's around 5PM. I couldn't be happier! Everything was perfect! Thank you Edible Arrangements Vacaville! :)

Happy Birthday coupon received. Eddie did a wonderful job this afternoon helping me retrieve my sisters bday coupon. She had a baby five days ago and she has a one year old and thirteen year old. Let's say she has her hands full and needed someone to pick up her order. To my surprise Eddie allowed me to get my sisters goodies and he handled the order quickly even thought I was a walk in. Definitely will return for further business!

Priscilla was the greatest and most courteous. I'll be back fasho!!! Soon as I came in she's energetic and eager to help. A women overlooked me in line I think it was the manager but Priscilla did not.

Best place ever! The owners are the kindest and most genuine people. The products are so fresh! Highly recommend!

Great service very nice I enjoyed talking to the owners very nice and I felt like I wanted to return to purchase again

The customer service was the best. I needed the something the day of and quick. I didn't place an order ahead time, but I called in and said I'm 10 mins away and they said they could figure something out. I came in and the guy in there was able to help pick out big bouquet of fruits that would be perfect for 6 people that got ready in about 30 mins which was amazing.

What's advertised on their website. I understand it won't look identical but you can tell there should be salt outside the one I ordered

This is my first time ever ordering from Edible Arrangements. My auntie just got out of surgery today and since I am currently in WA state, I wanted to gift her something to lift her spirits. I ordered the customize your own box and the only reason I'm giving a star is for the speediness of delivery. Otherwise, as you can see they did a VERY lousy job on these dipped fruit. I'm paying almost $60 for a dozen dipped fruit, popcorn, and balloon, and the quality of work is very sad. I can count on one hand how many almonds there are on that strawberry, the other strawberry is barely dipped, and the pineapple looks rushed. I ordered the salted caramel apple slice but don't see the salt outside and I'm assuming there isn't any caramel, otherwise they would have faced it up so it wouldn't stick to the paper. I ordered the pumpkin spice and vanilla bean latte popcorn and instead she received caramel. The main reason why I'm going through your company is for a "Get Well", but how is she suppose to when the product looks worse than the actual occasion? I'm bringing humor into this post because it's funny that your company thinks it's ok to send out products like this. I'm so glad I asked her to take pictures, otherwise this would have never been brought to light. This order was made during a pandemic so I understand business is tight, but in order to keep customers, your organization must pay attention to detail and provide your customers products that they are proud of. I called in and your employee did a great job with saying they will send the correct popcorn to my auntie, but it doesn't discredit the lousy job on the dipped fruits.

I finally got time to go all the way up there and check them out so I walk in and it kinda has the same vibe as a cigarette shop. It's not very well organized at all. But who am I to critique? My room is a mess so I moved past that and I ask about the bangles. The man mentions an adjustable bangle, but I say that I want the solid bangle in size 7 1/2 to 8. He shows me the bangle tells me it's $125 and I say that's perfect because it's sterling silver and that's worth it!! I ask what their return policy is and he tells me 14 days at this point it's December 9th so I asked if they have any holiday promotions because it's going to be a Christmas gift for my mother. The man tells me no and to check back next week. I think that's kind of odd because normally holiday promotions begin after Thanksgiving but it's a small business, maybe they do things differently, I understand. I called back the next week like he says and I ask if they're doing the holiday promotion and he says still not doing it. Check back next week. At this point, it's December 14th or 15th checking back next week is just grabbing it right before Christmas. So I asked him if he can write down my phone number and call me when it begins. The night of the 15th I get a text message saying that holiday return policy began November 27. That's a little annoying, but whatever so I sent my fiancé out to go buy it. To our surprise, they said the price is now $175. $50 is a pretty big jump. So they say that $125 is the price for the small adjustable one WHICH I DIDN'T LOOK AT. We ended up purchasing because my mother has wanted one for her entire life, but I don't think I will ever come back here again. To anybody looking for a less expensive alternative I found Rosa Marina's I haven't ordered from them yet, so I can't vouch but I'll come back and let you know if I do. EDIT: The response that I received by the owner claims that we were offered a discount but it was a military discount... even putting the more expensive price off aside I found this rather unprofessional given my multiple time calling for the holiday exchange and the improper quote. I'm not one to write many bad reviews and a positive for this is my mom loves her bangle.

As I said, I literally was using it for the first time and it was brand new. I assumed maybe it was because it was a hot day and the shop was air conditioned. Although, even with that, a quality piece should not be affected. I took it back the next day and some guy who was not the gut I bought it from inspected it and felt the need to remind me several times that they only carry quality products and that they inspect everything before they sell it. OK, defensiveness like that makes me automatically suspect they actually do carry really cheap stuff. The guy kind of made me feel like he thought I was scamming him. Long story short he replaced it with an exact replica, which I was grateful for. However, that one broke last night as well. It broke just by putting it on the counter. Just shattered into pieces. Not trying to be one of "those guys", but I've been using bongs for almost 30 years and I have broken one that was my fault in that time and it was from being kicked over, not casual use. Perhaps I happened to pick the one supplier they carry that's poor quality? But the fact that both of them broke so quickly in the exact same way tells me it's not a coincidence. So, $140 down the toilet. I don't feel like dealing with the rude people there again, so I'll just buy the next one elsewhere.

I don't recall taking the train ride, but for only $5 it's a must do for kiddos these days. Cheaper than a trip to Disneyland. What I really recall is the giant gingerbread people they used to have in their bakery. My parents would never get me one, but every time I saw them the drool was on. They also had quick breads like zucchini bread and the such. I'm a sucker for zucchini breads and other quick breads. I went a few years back ready to get my ginger bread man and some quick bread and to my dismay they don't have any of that anymore. Being an adult now I was so ready to buy all those things my parents wouldn't buy me. Being an adult has those perks. Now the Nut Tree is a place made up of restaurants and some key stone stores such as Ultra and Old Navy. If you hunt around you can find Sees. I really wanted to go to Sees today, but we ran out of time to make the trek over there. We did have time to explore Kirkland. I've never been to a Kirkland before and it turned out to be a real fun store. They had a great deal on diffusers. 1/5 the price of the ones I saw in Fort Bragg. I found one that I LOVED the scent to in Fort Bragg, but couldn't rationalize spending the money on it. I almost got one of the cheaper ones at Kirkland, but resisted as I really didn't need to spend the money today. I need to save up for the Berry Festival in Woodland this weekend and I bought too much stuff in Fort Bragg this weekend. We did go to Fenton's and shared a cone of black cherry and loved every bite the last time we were at the Nut Tree. It's hard to resist a cone from Fenton's when you stop at the Nut Tree. They are located to the right of the big Nut Tree sign and next to the bathrooms that are on the Left. We walk by it all the time as we go to the bathroom for our potty stop. Just thinking about it I'm drooling. We also stopped buy Old Navy. They always have tons of cute tees for $10, which is a good deal in my book for new shits. They had a ton for cute skirts and dresses, but they weren't a style I'd wear so we walked out empty handed. That was our stop in the Nut Tree this time. It's always a solid rest break and potty stop on our way.
