I called the store to see if we could possibly switch out the strawberries for literally anything else and Esther went above and beyond. This is my first time ever ordering from Edible Arrangements. My auntie just got out of surgery today and since I am currently in WA state, I wanted to gift her something to lift her spirits. I ordered the customize your own box and the only reason I'm giving a star is for the speediness of delivery. Otherwise, as you can see they did a VERY lousy job on these dipped fruit. I'm paying almost $60 for a dozen dipped fruit, popcorn, and balloon, and the quality of work is very sad. I can count on one hand how many almonds there are on that strawberry, the other strawberry is barely dipped, and the pineapple looks rushed. I ordered the salted caramel apple slice but don't see the salt outside and I'm assuming there isn't any caramel, otherwise they would have faced it up so it wouldn't stick to the paper. I ordered the pumpkin spice and vanilla bean latte popcorn and instead she received caramel. The main reason why I'm going through your company is for a "Get Well", but how is she suppose to when the product looks worse than the actual occasion? I'm bringing humor into this post because it's funny that your company thinks it's ok to send out products like this. I'm so glad I asked her to take pictures, otherwise this would have never been brought to light. This order was made during a pandemic so I understand business is tight, but in order to keep customers, your organization must pay attention to detail and provide your customers products that they are proud of. I was so worried about them either not being delivered or looking awful. I'm glad I didn't see the reviews first because I wouldn't have ordered. My mother in law was out running a very quick errand when the delivery guy came. He called me and asked what I wanted him to do, I told him to please leave at the door. Do not order from here unless you don't care if the order is ever delivered. They don't do what they promise, they don't answer their phones, and they don't communicate with the customers who have placed orders. Everyone can understand being overwhelmed by Valentine's day but if you don't have the staff or the inventory to fulfill the orders don't accept them. At the very LEAST, if something happens and you can't fulfill the order, let the customer know there's an issue beforehand. Instead, they no show, no call and then finally at the end of the day when it's too late to do or buy anything else, you get an email that your order's been cancelled and you've received a refund. There are no second chances for that kind of bad service. read more

All I gotta say is edible arrangements is a cute concept but it's freakin pricey, they should only do orders so they can save money on fruits and lower their prices. I cane for donut day cause I heard about the donut apples, it's literally a cored Apple, cut horizoontally into thirds, hence a donut shape, dipped/covered in dark chocolate (if you're lucky, it might be completely dipped with no holes), and topped with sprinkles. On donut day I got it for free, yay, but I asked how much it costs normally... $4!!! FOUR DOLLARS FOR A SLICE OF APPLE dipped in chocolate O-O... Such bad service. My friend surprised me on my birthday with this. However, it wasn't how she planned it at all. I was working from home on my birthday, & I hear a knock on my door. I open it, & it's my neighbor that lives 2 houses down from me... She hands me the Edible Arrangement, saying the driver just put it at her front door, and luckily she was home, so she was able to retrieve my "surprise" and walk over to my house to hand to me. The card itself says my address on it!!! The driver was too lazy to deliver it to the correct address, and didn't even bother to hand it to the house owner either! Summary-allergy concerns, ignorance of staff, and poor customer service. I should have read reviews on Yelp before trying. I saw an ad online somewhere, clocked, and went to the website. I ordered chocolate dipped strawberries for Valentine's Day. The ordering was easy, and the confirmation email was immediate. Then, today, on pick up day, I yelped to find the phone number. I needed to see what time they closed because I had unexpected business out of town and it was going to be cutting it close. Anyway, at 5:55pm, I called to confirm their closing time (which said 7pm on yelp). The voicemail said that the business was closed and to either call back during business hours which were until 7 or press 1 to leave a message. I pressed 1 and was disconnected. I repeated this 4 times. Unable to leave a message and thinking they must be closed (most messages will say "if you are reaching this recording during business hours, we are helping a customer" or such) because the message said they were, I drove there anyway. I arrived around 6:30. The young lady asked how she could help and I picked up the order. I told her about the phone calls, voicemail, and being hung up on. Her response was, "I don't think we have not been answering the phone at all today since we are not taking orders." Well, their voicemail said press 1 to leave a message and do this if placing an order, etc. Neither were available. Anyway, she had no interest in hearing my complaint/concern. That was just odd behavior for a business and odd customer service on both parts (the unanswered phone and the face to face interaction). It occurred to me that the recipient of the food may want to share, so I asked the same lady what their policy was on cross contamination or tree nuts and peanuts since there was a warning on the box saying there were nuts in the store. She said, "I don't think there are any nuts in THIS store, so no contamination." I said, "Can you please check?" She went in the back and brought a new lady with her back to the front. This new lady said there is indeed cross contamination because they dip nuts into the same chocolate. Whoa! Allergy training needed stat! No one has tasted the food yet. read more

Called to inquire what happened, was left on hold for 10 mins. I hung up and called back to ask for a refund, manager was able to meet the driver in transit and deliver the items to the address, which was much appreciated. Wish I'd read the reviews before placing my order from this location. Beyond disappointed. I was going to be out of town for Mother's Day and wanted to make sure to order my mom something special. Spent over $100 to order a set of chocolate covered strawberries with an accompanying floral arrangement. As you can see in the photo, it was to be a lush bouquet of pastel flowers. Instead she got a small bright bouquet that looked like it was picked up at a local gas station. I was so embarrassed when she sent me the photo of what she received. I understand that arrangements won't be exact, but they should at least be comparable to what is pictured. This was not at all! I contacted customer service and they opened a case, saying that the store manager would get back to me within 48 hours. It's now been four days and I haven't been contacted. I placed an order online for a Valentine's Day gift/arrangement for my wife on February 9. Well Valentine's Day came and I tried to contact the business all day and tried to track my order but was unable to get any information on my status. I tried to surprise my wife but ended up with nothing. She got off at 330pm and I asked her if anything came for her and she said no. I told her I placed a delivery and it should be coming. She waited til a little after four and still nothing. She came home than I received a call from this establishment stating how long she would be at work til. I told them she's off already and I than asked if they could still deliver it to her business because they close at 7pm. And was told they probably couldn't make it and asked if I could reschedule for tomorrow. I decided to cancel the order because the point was to surprise her for Valentine's Day. Wow! I was so surprised on my birthday to receive not 1, but 2 arrangments from my daughters! (You girls rock!). They arrived with a song and balloons directly to my office by "Marta?" who was bubbly and vivacious. Unlike other experiences that were noted, my arrangments were delightfully fresh and cold. We opened one immediately and saved the other for the next day. My first arrangement was all gobbled up by the time the work day was over. One arrangement arrived in an adorable pink elephant, which hold a special sentimental value and the other was in a nice orange vase. My only suggestion would have been that the vase have a handle so it could be reused as a mug. Anyway, it matches the theme of my kitchen, so I'll do something with it. Great job!
