Never had any issues with the previous owners. But since the management change, I have had two items tailored and both times, the quality was terrible. A pair of pants was stitched at just 4 points, which caused my feet to hang up on the cuff every time I put the pants on, and causing the stitches to fail soon after. The cut was also uneven and not straight. On my second run, I had the sleeves of a sport jacket done and the stitching was just butchered. First, they tell me it'll be ready in 3 days. I go back in 3 days and I see it hanging on the rack, never being touched. So they tell me it'll be ready in a few hours. It's obvious they rushed the job because the sleeves come out completely sewn up, no time put in to re-do the button holes. When I bring it back to get fixed, it takes 3 days of stopping in and arguing with them before I ever get the jacket back. They cut so much material off the sleeves I can't even take it to an actual tailor to fix it. read more

Never had a serious problem with getting my stuff cleaned or altered here. They are a wee bit more expensive, but since I live right across the street, I can beat the convenience. Just drop off two coats one to be cleaned and another to be stitched. The coat that needed to be stitched was horrible he added new holes with the needle like he couldn't see and the stitching was horrible and the coat to be cleaned was sent to another location so was never ready a week later. When I comforted them he told me it was a hard job I point out his mistakes and he didn't seem to care. after back and forth for 20min he refunded my money and I had to sit and wait a hr for them to drop off the other coat that needed to be cleaned. read more

I am extremely picky about where I take my clothes for dry cleaning . A friend of mine referred this place. He stated now that they are under new management the quality and pricing has changed. Also emphasized on trying it out....I truly feel I should state what is worth saying and acknowledge the new management for their magnificent service. Thank you!!!! TERRIBLE service. Took my comforter there for a stain treatment, the stain came out but the rest of the comforter was ruined. colors bled alllll over and additional stains were present. it was in worse condition when i picked it up than when i dropped it off. went back to yell at them, and after 20 minutes of back and forth about how to resolve the problem, they claimed not to "speak english." will NEVER go back there again! read more

This has got to be the best cleaners out there. They do terrific work and it is always timely and inexpensive. I will not take my clothes anywhere else.
