Place is located right next to Walgreens in the shopping center down by the train, so it's easy to miss. Service inside was very friendly and they were very on top of everything. Got a shirt and suit dry cleaned. Price for both was ~$18, which is a bit pricey but everything came out good. Given previous experiences I've had with cleaners, and the level of service, I'll take it. They also have tailoring and pickup/delivery, both of which I will probably use at some point.

I managed to clean myself. I tried to let them know (wasn't seeking anything just wanted to let them know), and they didn't seem open. Then a couple of weeks later they dropped off someone else's clothes with mine. Pick ups have been missed also. None of this happened in prior years. I was happy with them for a long time, but am seeking new cleaners. The few alterations they have done I have been happy with. But sad to say I think I need to seek alternate cleaners.

But this cleaner turned down another blazer I brought in and said it couldn't be cleaned. The stains were permanent she said because it was a change of color to the fabric. I am so happy I brought it to them! But yes, there are two very faded spots that didn't completely come out. This cleaner also cleaned a sweater of mine but she made a note that it seemed prewashed since the zipper didn't align or something. OK, they want to cover themselves. But the sweater looks great after they cleaned it! Thank you! Another blazer she cleaned but checked it with her nail first if that stain scratched off. It was only yogurt or something so she took it. So I am scared they won't accept my things! It's like soup nazi over there! (suppose to be a joke) She also declined patches I need for holes on pants. I reached out to Haute Hamper on their website and got a call back from Scott after under an hour. He introduced himself, explained his process of dress cleaning and preservation, and gave me some preliminary pricing. We set up an appointment for pickup shortly thereafter; very painless process. About a day after the dress was picked up, he went through the pricing with me. I admit I was a bit nervous at first because of the stains that the dress had formed just from improper storage, but after he started the cleaning work, Scott was quickly able to clean the stains and got to work on the finer details. A few weeks later, we received the dress in a beautiful display box, perfectly clean and preserved. The whole process was incredibly positive and pain-free, and the price was very fair for the work he did. I also sent in 3 pairs of my favorite Cole Haan shoes to be resoled and cleaned, and his cobbler did an outstanding job. I highly recommend Haute Hamper to anyone who needs wedding gown preservation or shoe restoration services.
