Dr. Epstein restored my hairline with precision, care and artistry. He listened to me. Once again, he listened to me. My request was that Dr. Epstein create a new hairline that matched my age and reflected the overall hairline recession on my head. I chose to go with 1200 grafts which was not a tremendous amount but it provided me with the necessary coverage. After 8 months, the results were very noticeable in a good way; people knew that my hair was longer but had no idea that I had undergone a HT. Incidentally, I chose to go with the FUT (the strip extraction) and the hairline scar is was done in such a way that the scar is barely noticeable even to my barber. Pressure Tactics: After a 3-hour consultation, my relative was pressured into signing paperwork while literally standing in the doorway. 2. Contractual Breach:Despite requesting a full cancellation on the same day (4/25), Hair Club is refusing a 100% refund. This is a direct violation of their own agreement, which states the RX plan is fully refundable within 10 days. 3. Unethical Billing: They are attempting to charge for a "stalled" DNA test that was sent *after* the cancellation request, and for unused, untouched equipment and equipment not in our possession. 4. Harassment: Despite multiple written requests for email-only communication, they continue to call--even during a family funeral. Manager Yvonne (Richmond) and Salesperson Breona (VA Beach) were rude, dismissive, and seemingly premeditated in their failure to disclose return restrictions. One laser remains unopened and ready for return, yet they refuse to cooperate. Do not trust this organization with something as sensitive as hair loss. They prioritize greed over their own written refund policies. We will not be paying for services never rendered.
