They are nice but they did not do a good job. They don't have all the colors that they give out and I got my nails done and when I got home noticed that there are black dots under them. I wish they had someone to email so I could talk to them because I can't drive all the way back there after I just got back home. I wouldn't go. Edit: Call and went back the next day but she (Van) fixed them but cut 7 of my fingers with the drill making the bleed and still didn't color the whole nail. Felt like I had to micro manage. But to cut someone will the drill that many times is crazy. She also cut and filed my nails to where I either have very little white to no white Never going back, I DO NOT recommend! Aliza has been doing my nails for over 16 years and does an AWESOME job! She is always professional, kind and courteous. I am extremely picky about who does my nails and have gone weeks with out having them done if she's not available. Aliza has also done my daughter's nails as well when she is in town. She always lets Aliza pick the perfect color for her upcoming event or season. The salon staff is very friendly and always willing to answer questions and ask if they can get you anything or a drink. After being in the salon for so many years I know most of the tech's and managers and they always speak. The owner even stops by to speak if he see's me. You can't go wrong if you ask for Aliza! I visited family, and wanted to get my nails done I just happen to stop by VIP nails and I never saw such a nice salon. They have about 24 pedicure chairs and 20 nail stations, even with a large salon the wait wasn't that bad and they have a system that ensure smooth service. The staff was very friendly and the finish product was amazing. They have so many options for everyone men, children and of course women. They make you feel so welcome its crazy, offering free drinks and free ice cream for children receiving services! I definitely will be back every time I return to Anderson. read more

Look, I get it that some people are in a rush and just want to be in and out quickly. Me, when I decide to go for a service, I don't mind sitting with my feet soaking for a bit. It's relaxing and it's something I want to sit and enjoy. If you're in a hurry, maybe this isn't the salon for you...imho. I'll admit, I've had more enjoyable or longer lasting services than at other times, but I've never had a horrible experience. I guess it's all in your expectations. I will NEVER go back there! I was going out for my anniversary dinner and wanted to simply get a manicure - hands paint and color. The basic - I don't get these often only on special occasions. I signed in and waited over 30 minutes - they started taking people that signed in after me -so I went to find out what was going on and was told that I only wanted a hands manicure so I had to just keep waiting! I've went to this salon twice now and have absolutely fallen in LOVE with the people. I go to Benzi, he is the absolute sweetest and an amazing nail tech. He is the only tech who has ever made me as happy as i am about the shape and out come of my nails. I do simple but i am so particular about how i like them.
