I love this place! I've been here two or three times, I forget which, but almost every time I visit my my mom! They can sometimes be slow do there's a lot of people, but they do a good job. I don't get anything fancy done, just a regular manicure or pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. They work with my bald spots in my eyebrows to make it look the best. Place needs a thorough cleaning everything in the place is covered in nail dust. The staff sit at the pedi chairs on their phones if not doing a customer. The place is really dirty. Nice salon with friendly staffs. Ask for the milk and honey pedicure. I think they have a large selection of colors and polishes although I don't really care and use any color. They offer drinks also. The location is so convenient, next to Walmart. Come and try out guys! read more

This is my favorite nail salon in town. The owner is so generous. She offers free soda and water to customers. The staff is very kind. I love how they keep everything clean. Tools are always in plastic bags. Technicians know what to do to make your nails pretty. One more thing, this nail salon is quiet so you can relax your mind the entire time. read more

Ouch! I went in for a "fill" and the lady cut all of my own nails off, put on "tips", that were shorter than my natural nails, and while butchering my natural nails clipped into my skin on three fingers! After I yelped in pain, she had someone else finish them. While I was there a cust was really upset that they overcharged her for her daughters nails, she said that you have to "watch them". Last time I was there a lady was mad and they had someone else redo her nails. She was there 3 hours for a fill?? My 20 dollar fill cost 45?? What?? Well I made your nails shorter!!! Excuse me@@@ you grabbed your clippers and started cutting off my nails, when i said something you kept on clipping like you didnt hear me. Never again@ My hands are so sore.....oh and I've been getting My nails done for 30 years and no one has cut me and made me bleed. Took me back right away for a pedicure but had to wait an hour for someone to start my manicure. Pedicure hurt, but polish looked nice. Nail technicians stopped for a dinner break. The food stunk and the smell made me nauseous! Plus, my nails needed to be soaked off and they could have taken a break after starting the soak. Won't come back here. read more

Came here with my mom for pedicures. Chose VIP because it was the only salon with a star rating in Bonham. Was pleasantly surprised by how clean the salon is. The technicians were fast an efficient. Mom got the lavender pedi and I got the peppermint pedi. We were both very pleased. I will be back the next time I'm in bonham visiting. read more

I will go here for a pedicure if the other place in town isn't open but I'll never let them do my nails again. I went in for a new set but instead of soaking the old set off and placing a new set over my real nail (which was pretty long) she started trying to pry the old acrylic off with a plastic nail tip. Literally shoving the plastic tip in any lifting spot and shoving and lifting to try to peel it away from my nail. I should have demanded she stop immediately but I was stupid and continued to allow her to torture me. Once she finally pried off the old acrylic I could see that she tore off all the length of my real nail and had to glue on tips. If a customers real nail is long then why cut it off just to add tips? I've been here a few times for pedicures and have always been pleased with the results. The last time I went the tech cut my foot in 4 places while trimming the cuticle and removed so much skin off my heel that it split open. The cuts are now inflamed and infected. I'm sorry that I paid for the service. I won't be back. read more
