I told him I don't care who does my toenails as long as they do a good job. Tommy did a great job. He's very personable and professional. The shop is is an older building, and it could use some sprucing up. I'd certainly stop for a pedicure next time I'm in town and need my janky toenails tamed!

I don't get anything fancy done, just a regular manicure or pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. They work with my bald spots in my eyebrows to make it look the best. She told me we were done and got me up to pay but left them looking like this. Had to ask her to sit back down to buff out the heinous mess of scratched up nail beds and dried sanded off skin. Then she only hand buffed it with the bar and didn't get the dremeled root bed. Didn't say a word the whole time until I asked her to sit back down and started yelling at the other techs with what I'm sure was about me asking her to fix it. Should have paid attention to her own nails when I sat down because they were heinous to begin with. Pretty sure she, if not everyone in there, don't have a legit license. Won't be going back.

There are just no words bad enough or descriptive enough to describe how poor of a job that was done. And for GOD's sake dont allow her to do a face wax. Whelps all over my face that lasted about a week. And about a month or so, wasn't their name City Nails? makes you wonder what they are hiding. Best recommendation, go elsewhere.
