They are absolutely terrible! I asked for a simple nail removal because I thought they can't fuck it up but NOPE! Should've gone to my regular place so that's on me. I take pride in my nail beds being strong and I mentioned I didn't want to rip off the dip and that these are my nails he said okay ripped and pulled them off cutting my real nails in different shapes and ruining my nail beds! This place sucks they have ants all over the place and have no business :) I hope they go out of business. read more

Giving it a one star review because I can not give negative stars. I walked in and asked the lady for french on my toes and the base of the french to be pink. The base was see through and she covered half of my toe nail in white after i told her I wanted thin nails. She continued to put my toes under the lamp. When I told her it was too thick for a second time she told me it was already done and I would have to pay for it. I am beyond upset as they wasted my time and money . read more

My sister and I did ombré nails, they came out nice. We went in when they opened so it wasn't too packed so we were able to get seen fairly quickly. We had 3 employees work with us. They were nice and helpful. read more

I gave this place one star just to be nice. I took my mom to get a mani pedi for her birthday. The shop opened at 10am, we were in line at 9:30am. When the shop opened we were number three and four. There was only one nail tech and one pedicure technician. They both took the first two people in line. My mom was eventually called to the pedicure chair. She sat there for an hour. No one attended her, & no one explained to her why she had to wait. At 11am more nail techs arrived. My mom still waited in the pedicure chair while others were called to get their nails done before her. A technician attended me before my mom. She was really rough. I told her she cut my skin and she was adamant that she didn't. (I attached a picture below). I paid $45 for a pedicure that looks like a kindergartner's work. Finally my mom was attended to after I asked my nail tech if she would help her. When my mom's pedicure was done they told her she had to wait for someone to do her nails, which was absurd. At this point she already waited 2 hours. One nail tech told her it's because it's spring break and they were really busy. I disagree they just need a better system. Why ask people to sign their name on a list if you're going to skip over them? Someone could've done my mom's nails while she waited an hour for her pedicure. The whole service was a total waste of money. Also their tools aren't sterile. Take the drive to Naples or Lehigh you'll find better salons with great customer service. read more

homey salon very small a little messy which is really not a big problem. pretty much an average salon your treated as a paying customer, hospitality does not drive this salon. my nails came out fine my technician was very rough and did everything in a very quick manner, didn't feel like she was really putting in her time into my nails. that's pretty much it. I like my nails they didn't come out bad, I may come back. Not a horrible place and not a very good, just average. read more
