Pedicure and no chip took 2 hours, nails desperately needed another coat but I didn't have time to stay any longer. Paint job was very sloppy (see pictures); color does not cover the nail. The UV light didn't work well which resulted in two nails being removed and re-painted which added to the length of the visit. Very disappointed. The staff was friendly.

They used a "gel-like" top coat (Seche Vive - no UV light needed) at the end, which may be part of why the polish lasts as if it was gel. They also do not soak your nails in water (sure fire way to diminish the longevity of a mani) and use a multi step process to gently and naturally care for your nails. I am just blown away by how long this mani is lasting. Most others last 2-3 days. I scheduled an appointment with them an hour and a half later, as they assured me they had the time available. Upon my arrival at the Nail Spa, I was told by the receptionist a young lady was to do my manicure ie dipping. I was left with the impression she was going to complete the manicure. She walked away after she applied the Aston on my fingernails, her replacement was a guy. I was at first very confused for I expected the young lady to complete the manicure. It's been eight days since I had the powder dipping manicure done (only 8 days later) as you can see in the photographs these are the results as of today. First my middle finger's nail broke and today my small fingers nail broke. Look at my ring finger and you can see the dipping has begun to fall apart at the cuticle area. Very unprofessional looking manicure after only 8 days. That has never happened before as long as I have been using powdered dipping that normally lasts up to a month. The nail tech was horrible and I should have trusted my gut in the first few minutes when she was quickly and without care scraping away my old manicure. It was like it was her first day doing nails. All of my nails are uneven and I many times pointed out parts that were left undone or done wrong and she continuously blamed it on "the way my nails are". I wrongly thought some of the recent 1 star reviews had to be flukes, but they were spot on. Totally my fault for still coming here. While I was getting my nails done a lady came in and asked if she could get her one nail fixed because it cracked off (thinking this will happen to me in a matter of days) and the owner rudely said they were busy. The lady said could she come back in an hour, and the owner said no they were busy. They don't care one way or another if you're happy with their service. There was gel paint all over my hands, "manicure" not so much as just throwing paint on, cuticles not fixed, and each nail a different jagged shape. I did give them the opportunity to fix it but they didn't care and said I was done and "beautiful" ... uh no. Didn't ask "do you like it?". I finally just asked for a nail file to finish the job myself. How embarrassing. I've never left a salon without leaving a tip but there was absolutely no way I was giving these people a cent more than I had to after that experience.
