I called up Kemet Septic Service and spoke with Mike telling him the issue. It was a Sunday but that didn't stop him, he drove out to the property, diagnosed the problem then gave me his price to fix it. At first the signed quote was for 2 bathrooms, kitchen and laundry, even though I mentioned to them several times that my laundry and 1 bathroom was already PVC, but they said since its a new job, new pipes are required.
