Best experience ever. Never thought I would say that sentence referring to septic tanks. In my honest, most sincere opinion, these guys were without a doubt the best company I've hired. Bryan and his crew are so responsive, informative, detailed and hard working, bravo to them for really caring for their customer! I had to do a lot of work on the system, including replacing a broken septic tank. I'm not going to lie, there were definitely some delays, but nothing to do with them! That's at the state level, god only knows whats going on in the permitting department. But these guys, I want to buy them all shots of tequila to say thank you. I had to close city permits myself after I had already given this company full payment. READ the fine print and do not sign anything unless it states full payment AFTER all work is completed and permits are closed. Next day service, on time . Total processionals. Yelp wants me say more so.... They showed up as scheduled, drove the truck into the driveway, hooked up a giant poop hose and sucked up the junk in my septic as expected. No one was injured in the process, tank dumped, paid the guy and he hauled our disgusting waste to be turned into fertilizer. Installed a septic tank and my toilets backed up a week after. They blamed the rain, a blockage or that I had old pipes. Plumber ran the camera and found They didn't link the old line to the new septic tank and are now saying that it's not their issue. How does a septic tank company not make sure all the lines are hooked up to the tank? Even if they don't do the plumbing (this is their excuse) They should have me aware that there was a line connected to the old tank that needed to be moved to the new tank. They did not. Plumbing company was in shock that they are taking no responsibility. There were no plumbing issues with my house like the owner makes it seem, no galvanized pipes and no blockage. The bill below clearly shows the issue. As far as the install itself it was also a mess. They broke my main water line. And destroyed my yard , all lawn, sprinklers and landscape lights are gone because they kept bringing the equipment in and out of my yard to go do other jobs. One morning they showed up unannounced at 6:45 in the morning to take to equipment to do another job instead of finishing mine. Get someone with the knowledge to do a complete job that isn't going to end up costing you thousands after. read more

Going into this I had no idea what to expect, but they were able to answer all of my many questions thoroughly and professionally. I had an issue with the septic tank backing up, so i had a plumber install new piping from the house to the septic tank. We then had A Super Septic & Drain Field Inc come out gives us a quote for a drain field which they did. Now when they are trying to get the job from you they are helpful and will answer any questions and especially your calls with no problem. They installed a new drain field and the back up problems were worse then before we hired them for the job. The pipe from the house to the septic tank is 3 inches lower the the out flow pipe going to the drain field. Which causes the water from the septic tank to constantly flow back in to the house flow pipe. I explained the situation to Bryan and Oscar and both said since water still flows out to the drain field that the job was done correct. How can a job be done correctly when Oscar came out and measured and said himself that the out flow pipe is 3 inches higher the the house flow pipe. They also get upset when you constantly try calling them and sound upset over the phone, but if they returned phones calls like they say they would customers wouldn't get upset. So 6 months later we still have an the issue and when my wife called Bryan, he was telling her that they would send someone to check it out, WHICH THEY NEVER DID NOT SURPRISED. When my wife called back she was told that we would need another septic tank and drain field. Why would we get any more work done from this company when we have had nothing but nightmares after dealing with them. Even the septic cleaning companies that Bryan sent out to pump the septic tank both said that the issue was the out flow pipe leading to the drain field. We have had 2 separate plumbers come out to check the issue and both have said to contact the drain field company to fix the issue. I explain what nightmare we are going though with the A Super Septic & Drain Field Inc, and their response is just shaking their head in disbelief. read more
