I paid for 1 hour $70 (cash) and they make you pay BEFORE service. My massage was 40 min, but really 35 because the lady giving me my massage stepped out for 5 min trying to help a customer who walked in. Which I would have been fine with if she was mindful and not let that run on my massage time. When my massage was done I asked if my massage was 30 min or 60 min. She said 60 and I said it was only 40 min (I wasn't even going to bother mentioning the 5 min). She shrugged her shoulders and said next time don't come when busy. Mind you, when I got there they NEVER mentioned that they were busy and were more than happy to take my money. Then I thought she asked if I wanted tea, but she was asking for a tip. I said I paid for an hour, in cash, how much is 40 min? Her body language said forget it and proceeded to walk me out. I don't know how long this place has been open... but this was not the best experience, nor the best experience for a grand opening. I want others to beware. If you choose to come here I hope your experience will be better than mine.

Apple is truly a star in her field. She has crafted her technique so that she can provide both targeted relief to problem areas + general relaxation. On top of that, she has such a kind soul. My mom received a massage from Apple when she was visiting from out of country. Even after just one session, Apple always checks in with me to ask how my mom is doing! The nail tech that saw me was "experienced" with many years in the business, and one would think the nail tech could deliver quality, but that never happened. The nail tech produced thick, gaudy nails with huge mounds next to the cuticle. Crooked uneven filing, look like a kindergartener did the work. I was chastised by the owner for not letting an "experienced" professional finish her work, since I asked for corrections as the service was been delivered.
