The shredded beef was delicious and spicy and there were no gristly surprises. Same with the shredded chicken. The little picnic area they have set up has sweet artificial turf and a tent for shade. It was 100 degrees out but we were not too uncomfortable waiting for our food. We will be back over and over again.

The cooker is right next to the food truck and it comes directly to the truck where she cuts it up for the customer. I had pork bbq and rib combo. The pork was so tender, juicy and flavorful.
