We also wanted to use the membership cards that Harley at the other vape location was always so kind and helpful and would happily stamp my cards when I bought a lot of product. This time around this man seemed annoyed I wanted to cash them in, he didn't stamp my card for as many things as I bought. He had no idea what kind of juices we were asking about and no knowledge whatsoever about the products they sold, NOT EVEN ONE OF THEIR OWN HOUSE JUICES THATS THE MOST POPULAR. I don't know if he was completely clueless or didn't care to even make a sale or help a customer who probably knew more than he did. This is coming from someone that even use to work there wnd be partnered with Rolf at one point. I was completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the overall experience and the unwillingness to exert even the slightest bit of kindness or customer service whatsoever.
