It was Monica who made me feel comfortable and choosing to proceed with this clinic. First thing I like about Dr Singh was his positive attitude. High insurance bill that you do not know and may owe to them! Two years ago, I had a complimentary first office visit. I did not proceed with any vein treatment after the office visit. However, they billed $6000 (for 20 mins office visit) to my insurance. My insurance company sent me ~$600 copayment by check two years later. And you have to give the check to them. They did NOT let me know they would bill complimentary office visit like this! Note: It may take your insurance company two years to approve their claims. So you will get confused when receiving a series of emails from Vein billing department saying that you have delinquent bills and they will raise to credit union if you do not pay them in 14 days. Such not faithful way of doing business. Be careful considering anything with them! read more

I had sclerotherapy done to my right hand here a few years ago and that hand is still red and slightly swollen. Dr. Anup Singh was very dismissive to my concerns and kept telling me that my treatment was a success. I have been asked by a nurse if I have a history of a burn on my right hand and a doctor stated that my hand was swollen. If I could travel back in time I would never have stepped foot in that office. My untreated left hand looks far superior to the "successfully treated" right hand. read more

They had me come in for a free initial consultation, Dr. Singh was honest and told me what I could/could not expect, and provided me with a cost estimate for the procedure. No pressure at all and said I can make a decision on my own time. Prior to finding the VIP Vein Center, I had visited a general surgeon for an unsightly, annoying, bulging vein on my calf (no pain). They performed an ultrasound, which took over 45 minutes, on one leg only, while lying down (more on that later). I *almost* had a procedure of which I honestly had no idea what they were going to do. I never went through with it; it was a gut feeling. I continued to wear compression stockings, which made my legs feel great, while berating myself for what I thought was simply a cosmetic issue. A year later, still uncomfortable with this vein (I cycle and run and it would bulge further; plus, how does one even consider compression stocking while cycling and running?), I searched and found VIP. Contrast their ultrasound: less than 15 minutes?, both legs, while standing up. THAT made much more sense. Their tech was mighty efficient. When I mentioned how good my legs felt with the compression stockings, Dr. Tandon brightened up. Apparently, I had been dealing with fatigue for years, without ever attributing it to my poor vein circulation. In fact, I attributed it to aging. Takeaway lesson: don't make the same assumption (I am 65). I have been so happy with both legs having had radio frequency ablation, and at the end of all that, removing that unsightly vein with AP and Sclero. It's almost as if that wasn't even the big issue after all. I can attest to how great I feel--able to run, cycle, hike, and more, with no fatigue. Dr. Tandon is kind, intelligent, answers questions, and is very, very skilled in his work. The office staff is friendly and cheerful. It is well worth your time considering VIP Vein Clinic. Dr. Singh is absolutely delightful and has a calm demeanor that makes you feel calm also. I had several vericose vein surgeries here and the results were phenomenal. I just had my three month follow-up after a varicose vein procedure on one leg and I'm very happy with the results. When I came to VIP Vein Center initially I had what looked like a knot of varicose veins on my calf. I travel a lot and noticed that flying led to bruising, swelling, and tenderness all around those veins, even if I wore compression socks. That was physically uncomfortable and disturbing. Dr. Singh was thorough in his evaluation of my varicose vein issues and their health concerns. He kept measured blood flow throughout the major veins in my legs, etc. Best of all, he was able to thoroughly explain all of the information to me that I felt I needed. Dr. Singh's staff was very responsive and organized with arranging my appointments, rescheduling when I needed to, and making sure that I had all the necessary information about how much the procedure would cost, what insurance would cost, etc. The entire process took a couple of months (partly because I needed the procedure done when I wouldn't have to be flying again immediately) but I'm glad I did it. Three months later I still have the appearance of ever so slight bruising on that calf but I think it's going to get completely better. I don't miss the angry knot of malfunctioning blue veins sticking out of my calf. My legs look great and when I fly I still wear compression socks (partly due to precaution for the other leg) but I don't get the bruising or swelling that I used to. read more

My mother had gone to this place and I had several visits to the er and a lot of costs to hospitals where they stated I was healthy and didn't take my complaints of pain and swelling seriously..... then I began to notice my leg and the veins basically dying. I had pain in my leg hip and was getting weird pains in my chest...... then a weird rash started on my leg, then obviously there were blood clots forming. I went to VIP vein center in high hopes that the problems were caused by this.... and that I may have finally found a solution that other doctors could not pin point. Two stars because everyone in this office are very nice and make you feel at ease. It's lovely that the staff are sweethearts but I want to see a difference! after one VERY uncomfortable, sometimes painful sclerotherapy session to the back of the knee/leg it did absolutely NOTHING to lessen the appearance of blue veins. It's ok if there was an improvement (even a slight one) and I would need more treatments to further my results but I keep a very close eye on those veins and not one of them has diminished. Your looking at 650 out of pocket for the treatment and 100 bucks for the compression tights. I mean that is Almost 1,000 bucks. It's not chump change. And for that money I expect some results! I have been meaning to write this review for some time now. I'm looking into blue vein treatments and I see that YAG laser is commonly used to treat blue veins in legs. I have had great results from laser to treat other types of veins so I'm hoping I can try this one with success. I just wish I hadn't wasted so much money on this place and I Really think if there is ZERO improvement, the client should be paying ZERO dollars! Belated review but... I didn't have the best experience with Dr. Singh. The only reason I came to this establishment is because the place I went to previously (with successful treatment) stopped doing sclerotherapy. Dr. Singh has poor bedside manner and is quite condescending. He basically told me that my veins weren't bad enough to treat and that they would keep coming back, (duh, that's why I'm here getting another treatment). I didn't come to this place to spend $500 and be told they weren't bad enough. I'm the customer and if I want them gone, I want them gone. I know it's possible because I've done it before. His technique was shaky as well, and considering venous medicine is his specialty, was pretty sad. I pointed out spider veins and reticular veins I wanted removed and he was surprised that I was able to pinpoint them. (I'm a nurse and know what unhealthy veins looks like). If I hadn't pointed them out, he wouldn't have attempted to remove them. Needless to say I didn't and won't go back to him. read more

I was mis-quoted about the cost of the procedure and how much my out of pocket portion would be even after they checked with my insurance. I ended up getting hit by an $800 bill. If I had known the cost from the beginning I would have waited until my FSA was renewed next year. I feel it was very unprofessional and incompetent for them to change their quote after the procedure was done.. Do yourself a favor and call your insurance before you have these people do anything or you may have to pay a big portion out of pocket. read more

I was impressed the minute I stepped into the spa like atmosphere of the office. The staff has been wonderful, sensitive, and very helpful in billing my insurance to guarantee payment. I am 64 years old and no stranger to vein treatments. I have suffered many striplings and injections. This has been the best experience yet. Dr Singh has outstanding bedside manner. He patiently explains procedures and makes clear what can and cannot be done. He also understands the importance of cosmetic results. Dr Singh and staff are amazing!!! I am an aesthetic industry professional and I did a fair amount of research as to what was the best option for me for treatment of my superficial leg veins and bulging varicose veins. I had began the treatment process with another provider in the area and my experience with her was terrible!! I was charged HUGE amounts of money for tests and was never told of the potential costs of these analytics until I received a bill for $30k!! She was also very evasive when it came to actual costs and told me the entire procedure would be out of pocket because its aesthetic nature. Enough about the other provider!! Dr Singh was incredibly thorough in his pre-op evaluation and clearly explained everything to me and that the process would take multiple sessions. He also clearly explained the financial responsibilities and said that he would first submit to my insurance to see how much would be covered. To my surprise a vary large portion of my procedure was covered by insurance! I know this may not be the case with everyone but I appreciate the effort done on Dr Singh's end. He first treated the deep veins that feed the superficial ones and this was definitely the most painful part of the process (1 of 4 sessions). I followed all the instructions and after these first two sessions the deep throbbing and pain I felt after long days on my feet had subsided! The last 2 sessions were to remove the veins and sclerose the very small dark spider veins. After a total of 2 months of treatments I am now totally free of the grotesque veins that kept me from wearing shorts regularly. I trusted the reviews and made a big mistake! I do not recommed you spend $700.00 at this clinic. My money went down the drain. My treatment did not change my condition and many sections were not even touched. Went back for a follow-up thinking I would get it done again at no cost. I was told I would have to pay another $700.00. I notified them that I was going to the Better Business Bureau. Was later scheduled for a 2nd treatment free. But again was told by the Dr. he would not take care of all my viens. He only did a very small section of one leg and did not touch the other. Easiest 5 stars that I've ever given. I began seeing bulging veins in my calves in my early 20s (what?!). As a model, it was awkward to try and pretend that they weren't there or pound on self tanner and/or bronzer to trying and mask them. It wasn't until my pregnancy that these bulging varicose veins suddenly (what felt like) exploded on both calves and even my thighs. While unsightly, the worst part was this unwavering ache. My legs were swollen, heavy, restless, and unbearable. At only 28 years old, my legs were getting in the way of my daily life. I reached a point where I was done with the pain, done with the unsightly legs that I was constantly trying to hide, and done with feeling like this was something that I had to live with. After a little research, I ended up at VIP Vein clinic and it was the best decision that I've ever made! Dr. Tandon made it all go away: the pain, the appearance, the embarrassment. No, it isn't something that is fixed in 1 or 2 sessions (if your varicose veins were as bad as mine). After a handful of sessions, I am ecstatic to say that those unsightly veins are no more!!! I had a great experience with VIP Vein Center. For years I had several small annoying spider veins on the bridge of my nose. I searched online and found that there actually are treatments specifically for this. I had tried several sessions of IPL over the years at various locations but it never really helped the spider veins.
