For other docs you have to go to nearby hospital which is 5 minutes away. Here is my opinion. This clinic used to be very good. But I guess Mercy system has become greedy and inefficient lately. They use every trick in the book to make you come back more often than needed (a friend was asked to come back often just to check blood pressure because the doc was "concerned", yeah right). Docs don't give refills on prescriptions just to make you come back. Nurses and doc assistants lie to you if that will help to make you come back more often. They dont support the needs and requests of the patients like they should. Do they realize who is the customer and who is paying? Many of my friends have quit coming here in the last 2 years and started going elsewhere.

Told him it was a problem for the chiropractor not for the doctor. We had to drive 30 mins to get here, and I had to drag my husband to finally go because it's interrupting his life. Then they treated him like a pill seeker (he's been on medication 1 time for a surgery 5 years ago.) he's not currently on any medication and hasn't been to an ER. Absolutely disgusted by the level of care, how can you diagnose without even images to see what's going on.

Never any pressure on anything. I so enjoyed hearing about her life's journey. She felt like a close friend. Her replacement was a nightmare. I went to her once and never returned. Dr. Loqman had decided to retire at that time. I do not know if she has unretired, but if she has I would consider her for your care. I moved out of state unfortunately.
