Super helpful staff! I came in after calling to make sure that a pdf copy of my temporary card would work (they confirmed), only for my phone to die right as I was pulling it up! Nightmare!! They were super understanding though, lent me a charger so I could email them the pdf, which they then helpfully printed out and laminated for me :) Honestly super helpful and compassionate people, even answered my questions about dabbing concentrates, which I was incredibly grateful for. Be careful of deceptive practices online. I made an order online for my first time and was emailed once the order was ready for pickup, and the total was $91. Upon arrival I was told that the website made a mistake and I was not getting the $25 off, and that the order was actually going to cost $116. I realize computers may make mistakes but the fact that they offered NO Discount after their mistake was beyond reasonable customer service. They are all about the money, nothing more, nothing less. Love this place! The staff are compassionate and always go out of their way to help patients out! There are a variety of products to choose from! The flowers are always prime! I always like the different strains that they get every week. This is the best dispensary in town! This dispensary was wonderful. So professional. The receptionist was very pleasant. I had to wait a little bit but I was a walk-in. They had very informative brochures and a website. The pharmacist was very helpful in guiding me to select the appropriate Medical Marijuana for my needs. He told me to call if I had any questions or I could email him. Because this is only my 2nd purchase (the 1st being an absolute nightmare ) I don't know about the price but I feel like I got a fair amount of oil for what I paid. read more
