The space is spacious with lots of seating either by tables or at the bar. It gives a hip and trendy modern feel. Our server Lydia was great. I liked that they had a kids cup for my daughter's apple juice which was a regular plastic cup with a disposable top for the straw. We shared the arancini, homemade meatballs and the 5 formaggi pizza. The arancini was a great appetizer. The was a rice ball filled with mozzarella and had a nice crisp breading. It was served with their Rosa sauce. The meatballs were good and had well balanced tomato sauce served with it and pipped whipped ricotta. The wood fired pizza is something you have to get there. Definitely one of the best wood fired pizzas I've had. It had a nice thin crisp crust and a pillowy crust end. The flavor of the cheeses and garlic was a good combination. We will be back in the future when traveling in the area.

Also have creative ones that aren't found everywhere. The pizza and pasta is outstanding. The service is top notch. The portions - at first glance look smaller, but then it's so worth it and plentiful, as it's all scratch made in house. Even the bread with dipping oil is tasty and premium/better than I've had in a long time. Not just an afterthought, the bread was seasoned and delicious.

Hot. Beef. Sandwich…read more It's hard to think of five bucks better spent. Usually, that sandwich is made of their famous corned beef or pastrami. How famous is their pastrami? Well, it's what they use at Katz's in NYC. Except at Katz's they apparently boil the pastrami before serving it so it totally falls apart. That's what I learned from the passionate fellow behind the counter today. Well, that, and they had no pastrami prepared for sandwiches. Well, I'll just have to come back. For years I've been told of the legend of this place. The place where Old World Provisions meats are sliced and served on bread for a pittance. A manufacturing facility where there is a small retail operation that's open to the public. Helmbold Fritz is like a beacon on a hill. Well, it's on a hill at least. It's a bit tucked away in the warehouse district around the corner from the Franklin Ballroom. And when you pull into the driveway, you have to go around back to get to the front door. It's almost as if they don't want you there. But they totally want you there. Kinda. When I called to ask if they were open for lunch, the response was, "Lunch? We open at 11." I'm unclear if the wooden picnic table around the back of the deli was actually meant for visitors of if its for employees, but we decided to stick around and eat there instead of having a car picnic. It was a glorious day. Part of me is a bit worried about coming back here for pastrami. Because if it's half as good as I suspect it will be, it might be hard to keep me away. That fifth star is being reserved until I try their signature products. But I promise to report back.

So far, only one other review has addressed the rest of the business which includes women's clothing, jewelry, candy, soaps and other personal care products, greeting cards, knickknacks, and holiday gifts. There is a sign on the back of the building where the main entrance is located, directing bridal service customers in one direction and all others to a different entrance. We were in search of holiday gift ideas and purchases so we avoided the bridal entrance - you probably need an appointment to shop there in any event. As already noted, there are a lot of things for sale in the main store, and that may be a problem. While the clothing, almost exclusively for women ( I saw a sign saying they have men's hats and scarves) appears to be well organized by color, there is so much of it packed into racks and on shelves that it actually is a chore to browse. If you are looking for products made in the U.S.A. or Canada, there are options available. Staff were friendly and helpful in our search for personal care products. They offered to gift bag our purchase and removed all price stickers. However, when we requested who made their chocolate candy, the only response was that it came from a variety of places. As one other reviewer pointed out, an important feature that is lacking in the store is a restroom for customers. You may have to drive a mile or so to find one (Hannaford? Shop Rite?). Also note that they do not take the American Express card.

Exchange, not return, not money back, just exchange. Went to return and was told 1/20/23 was cutoff for returns/exchanges. I was there a week later. I pleaded with the owner, Dianne, to make an exception, but she stated she already did reorders based on 1/20/23 inventory, so she won't help me. My sister has shopped there often over decades. She won't anymore. I guess not allowing 1 exchange is worth losing a lot of future business
