The team of two showed up on time, wore protective covering, worked efficiently with routine updates of next steps to me, otherwise it was minimal conversation, equipment being quietly carried up & down the steps, no down time and the appointment was concluded at the top of the hour just as they said when it was scheduled. With my invoice in hand, I also received written and verbal Instructions with how to properly care for my new snow white tub. Definitely astonished that the cracks were removed and smoothed as if they were never there. This review is being written nearly 2 months after my resurfacing. Notably there were no ridges, waves, bumps, nor bubbles left in their work. Adding, since they take the knobs off during the process, I decided to upgrade the hardware on my own and the tub looks as if I literally just purchased it. Shhh, it's our little secret!

It came out beautifully. They were on time and very personable while thoroughly explaining the whole process. One of our kids unfortunately dropped something in the tub and caused a chip in the surface. We were able to call and quickly schedule a chip repair before the holiday season - Chad came out this morning and made it look brand new again! If I could give 6 stars, I would - and I won't hesitate to use them again in the future for more projects!

It's #ServiceStarShoutout day, so my S/O goes out to Coastal Home Remodeling (CHR), previously…read moreknown as Home Remodeling Solutions. I just can't fully express the amount of gratitude and appreciation for what this business and their crew did for us and our new home! We recently bought a new home over the good ol' internet and Facetime, 3 states away. The first time we visited the home was at the walk through the night prior to signing the papers. Don't worry, this is not our first time buying a home over the internet LOL. Ah, yes, the military life. Keeps life interesting! Anyway, the homes are a lot older in this area and with age, comes repairs. We noticed some humps on the floor and were quite curious as to the cause of these humps. The floor was laminate and the color was terrible, so we made the decision to replace the flooring anyway. My husband started to pull out the flooring to find out what was underneath so we could inform whichever company was going to do the flooring of this issue. Well, lo and behold, we discovered a 1/4 inch crack in the concrete slab. The laminate had been bulging over the cracks. Through some digging through public records and backdating on Google Earth, we discovered that one of the previous owners had made an addition to the home and the "humps" were exactly in those areas. We are guessing that the concrete settled which then caused this crack. We got both Home Depot and Lowe's to come out and measure and assess this crack, but the job seemed too complex for them. We weren't really getting a straight answer as to whether they could fix it or not, more of a, they'll-have-to-see-when-they-get-there type situations and you know how the pricing works in those instances, so thank you, but no. Plus installation was about 3-4 weeks out. Uh, definitely not! We needed this done yesterday LOL. One good thing that came out of all this time spent is the guy who came out to measure (also contracted out) by Lowes referred us to CHR because in his opinion, he thought the crack was going to be too complex for Lowe's also. We called CHR and Leanne/Leighanne (sp?) and Eric came over the next day. They explained their process and they came equipped with some samples of LVP flooring. We ended up visiting them at their office to look at the larger panels which is waaaay more helpful than the small coaster size samples. Their quote was pretty competitive with the big box stores and offered a military discount on the materials (thank you , CHR!). We explained to Leanne the limited time we had left with husband officially starting work next month and we had intentionally not fully unpacked for the flooring install. She was super accommodating and squeezed us in between other jobs. We got even luckier with Elsa storming through that week, someone else had postponed and she pushed us up even sooner. For two days, a crew of 4 men arrived promptly each morning and got the job done! They were such a nice group of guys too and so efficient! They taped up the areas, moved the fridge, moved furniture where needed, took time to answer all our questions and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. They even took some leftover flooring that we had pulled up that bulk trash pick up didn't take. Also, Leanne called us every step of the way. She is quick to respond, checked in during the install and followed up after install. Not only did they do an amazing job on our floors, they reduced my stress level that I've had since we've moved in. I was worried that we'd still be walking on bare concrete with that crack and living in a construction zone by the time my husband went back to work. Thanks to CHR, we can now finally unpack and start making our house a home!
