My kid had fun but please do something about broken arcade games and machines that take your money…read more The motorcycle arcade game my kid was on completely went black-screened and started to do a system reboot mid-play. This machine did this three times while we were there and another child had the same experience while we were there. When I went to the front desk to inform the associate, she said they couldn't do anything about it. I suggested an out of order sign and this was shrugged off. I was also very disappointed to find out the tickets my son earned from the games he played he was unable to spend. We went to the front to ask to select a prize and were told their scanner for the game cards was broken. My son was extremely upset. To try to make him feel a little better I gave him two quarters so he could get a toy from one of those little gumball machines, and wouldn't you know it, that thing took his money too and no bouncy ball came out. Luckily, my child bounces back pretty easily and still managed to have a good time on the trampolines and obstacle course apparatus. I do think management should look into how they can offer refunds or give credits back when games don't work. The prizes earned need to be available the same day. It is ridiculous that I was told I could come back tomorrow when their scanner supposedly would be working. Not doing that. Here's hoping next visit will be better.

He allowed my son to run through the checklist with him and asked him if he was comfortable performing certain things, all while keeping a watchful eye on him. The staff wants to see you succeed should you become interested in becoming a pilot and provide a lot of useful information and recommendations on how to proceed in the future. Their staff are extremely competent, informative, and caring-- from check in/information session/training with their young staff to being in the air and the conclusion getting picked up from the field! Staff we interacted with and all were AMAZING: Janice, Natalie, Chase, Hayden, and Kalay, plus a few others! When signing up, the staff noticed it was my birthday and added little party emoji to my name on the display and sang to me on the plane. A bunch of them checked in with me to wish me a happy day! What I appreciated most was how they simultneously hype you up while making sure you're highly educated on all necessaey steps and precautions. I felt super confident in the process. The staff adapted every step so you're comfortable as possible, going so far as to modify the straps so I was never too tight when I didn't need to be, allowing me to breathe easy. The staff was excellent and very caring. The instructors made us feel very welcomed and was so friendly, calm, and excited for us. They made sure we had pictures and video to capture our wonderful experiences. I will definitely be jumping again next year! A big thank you to everyone for making this event the best ever! Working with Suffolk Skydive was a five-star experience. From the initial online application to the…read morefinal jump, they were extremely professional. Their website clearly outlines their fees, their guidelines, and their procedures. When I had questions about the weather and the video packages, they answered the phone and quickly responded to my questions and concerns. A few days prior to the experience, they emailed me with instructions, noting the need to watch the safety and procedures video. Once the day arrived for my skydive, I arrived and was quickly greeted by staff. The check in was quick and easy. I then met my expert skydiver, Matt Allen, who was absolutely amazing. He clearly explained the procedures and then harnessed me up for the ride of a lifetime. The staff informed us that there would be a slight delay because of cloud coverage that day. For the novice, this was a very comforting thing. I can not stress enough how fantastic Matt Allen was on this journey, from the pre-flight training to the actual freefall to the smooth landing. I also purchased the picture and video package to commemorate this occasion. My videographer, whose name was Mikel (at least, I think it was), did an outstanding job with the photography and videos. The pre-interview, the in-plane activities, the freefall, and the landing were all included in the package. I am so glad that I purchased these extras. Honestly, I was so in the moment with Matt and Mikel that I didn't remember some of the parts of the experience. The pictures and especially the videos helped jog my memory and will be a great source to help me relive this journey. Thanks again to all the staff at Suffolk Skydive.

This was our first jump and we wanted to do it together. We declined but we were told if we didn't split they wouldn't video the jump. We valued jumping together more than a video so we declined again. Come jump time, one of our instructors wore a camera, another had just filmed a previous jumper and mine put his camera away. Pretty dumb actually because they could have made another 450 bucks. We still have the memories of jumping together, they lost 450 bucks and future clients.

"Custom" cabinets does not equate with quality - at least not for Cabinets with Flair…read more Jack built/installed cabinets in our kitchen, master bath, and hall bath in mid-2018. We paid premium dollars for these cabinets and have been thoroughly disappointed. During and since the installation, we have had repeated complaints and Jack has been defensive about the challenges of the project but not about the quality. His "fixes" are inadequate. He admits to issues when shown photos and/or in person, but offers no more than long, defensive explanations of the issues...which do not get resolved. Now, 4 years later, I've had enough - it's time to post a negative review. The latest issues are recurring problems with cabinet bumpers coming off, drawers misaligned, noisy/rough drawer glides, and the finish chipping, and he has now ignored my last message for 4 months, even though the prime contractor confirmed receipt and agreement with the issues. In contrast, I also own a rental house in the Outer Banks and, more than 15 years ago replaced the cabinets with Lowes' Craft Maid cabinets and they have been perfect from the start. Even after suffering from a typically abusive weekly rental market, the cabinets look great, maintain their alignment, the bumpers are still in place, and the glides work flawlessly. In addition, the drawers are tongue-and-groove, as opposed to Jack's nailed construction. Do NOT use Cabinets with Flair. Order from Home Depot, Lowes, or a reputable custom cabinet-maker.
