When I called to inquire, I was told this was due to weather, even though it was a perfectly sunny day. For the six months that we had the service, not even one month went by where we were serviced all four weeks that we were paying for each month. However, not only did they come a day early, but also when I was driving in our neighborhood a few hours later, I saw the very same truck and crew. Which of course means they were already going to be in our area, yet charged us a time-and-travel fee anyway.
