This was my first time at this location. I had previously gone to the Short Pump office, but the doctor I had been seeing left the practice so an appointment was set up for me with Dr. Naimi. The outside of the building didn't look as nice as the Short Pump location, but it was very similar on the inside. I like that I can get my mammogram and have my doctor appointment in the same location. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Naimi. She had a fantastic bedside manner and her exam was very thorough. She also took the time to discuss my family history and made recommendations for additional treatment. If you are looking for a doctor in the area, I'd highly recommend her. read more

First doctor we saw was Allison Gray. She was good. We had to have multiple visits with her at first and we saw a different Doctor on one of the days due to Dr Gray not in the office on that day we scheduled. We ended up seeing a new Dr. named: Natalie Eisenach, and we just liked her vibe a lot more. She was super professional and very polite and knowledgeable and took time to answer our questions and concerns. Her personality was a little more of what we liked about her. Natalie Eisenach is great. Allison Gray is good, but for us, Natalie Eisenach was the best for us. Everyone has their own preferences for who they'd like to see for their visits. My advice is to see more than one Doctor to see which Dr is best for you. Which one you are more comfortable with. We just clicked with Natalie Eisenach and we just felt way more comfortable with her. Thank you for treating my wife and I and our lil baby girl in mommy's tummy so well. Ok, so this is definitely not a review I looked forward to giving especially since it can/will interrupt the treatment I am currently getting at this facility. However, after giving it much thought I need to make people aware that this location is not safe for them and/or for their future baby. I had an ultrasound done recently ( I know how to read ultrasounds as I am in the field) and pathology, as well as normal anatomy, were missed by the tech during my scan. I did not say anything at the time because I needed an issue I am facing to be addressed and know how complaints interrupt care (Have worked at medical facilities for two decades). Please please please if you are a patient be mindful that staying here could result in you being misdiagnosed. Or worse, your unborn child being misdiagnosed. This is a serious and real concern. The fact that the ob/gyns are misreading the ultrasounds that are performed there and taking the techs word for it instead of interpreting the images themselves is a REAL concern. (And if they are unable to interpret ultrasounds, then a trained radiologist needs to be on staff immediately). I have tried numerous ways of reaching out to administration about this, to no avail. So here I am. If anyone from the center wants to talk about this further, reply to this message with an email address I can use to get in touch. My second visit to this office left me feeling pretty displeased and I think I'll look for another doctor to visit in the future. I was once again left to wait in the room for 50 minutes once having undressed and changed into the provided gown. I'm not particularly fond of doctor visits in the first place and being left to sit alone for that long definitely creates some anxiety. When Dr. Roberts began my annual exam, she had a nurse come into the room once I was already lying back and exposed - I was pretty annoyed by that and have never experienced that at any previous offices I've visited; thank god the exam table faces away from the door. She minimized my chronic pain and brushed aside concerns I had regarding a potential procedure/treatment and a change to my current medication. She changed my medication anyways without ever referring to my chart to see which medications I had previously taken and had negative experiences with (even though I emphasized that point multiple times before she left the room); it took nearly a week of emailing back and forth with the office to have them re-write the prescription to keep me on the same medication I had been taking. I cried on my way home from this appointment because it was yet another demeaning appointment with a doctor who refuses to truly listen and find a solution to address the problems I'm dealing with. First let me say that I LOVE my doctor here and am usually treated with respect and kindness. Today, Friday, July 31, 2020, I was scheduled for a 7:30am appointment. Like any other good patient I arrived early so that I was on time for my appointment. At 7:15am I got out of my car and walked into the building only to come to a locked door. This is where it gets good (awful really)! I see that there is a young lady sitting at the desk so I knock on the door softly to get her attention (even though she can clearly see me). She turns to look at me and I say "Good morning, I have a 7:30am appointment, do I need to go upstairs, or do something else?" - you see, I politely asked this question because during COVID, procedures might have changed. Sarah (her real name) turns her head away from me without answering. Now I'm completely confused and shocked because I usually receive great service from kind individuals. I then say "Did you hear me?, what should I do?" This rude female named Sarah then says "WAIT!" Then the other one, Devan (her real name, don't care if I spelled it right) comes to unlock the door and begins lecture me on the time that they usually open the door. "We usually open the door at 7:15am..blah blah blah". I said, I figured that you would open at 7:15am, that's why I got out of my car at 7:15am". She says, "Actually, it just turned 7:15am". I replied ok . I was not going to keep going back and forth with ignorance! I went back, saw the doctor and the nurse, who were both great! The nurse kept apologizing for the behavior of the two girls (not women) in the front. 1. I am going to return because the doctors here are AMAZING! 2. During this time, things are particularly tense already, AND...if a patient is coming into the clinic to be seen, they might be there for something that is very serious. So the ignorant, unnecessary, childish attitudes that meet you at the front desk are extremely disappointing! Especially first thing in the morning! - I don't deserve your anger, frustration, etc. that you apparently experienced the night before. 3. If you work at the front desk, you are the first and last person who patients see. Get it together! You are giving this location a bad reputation! Grow up!!!! 4. This is a CUSTOMER SERVICE position! Dr Sarraf is everything you want and more in a healthcare provider. She is the reason I drive from Norfolk for any and all appointments. VWC is so so lucky to have her. My daughter just called me in tears based on her horrible visit with Cathleen Conner at this office. After calming her down, she informed me how terribly she was treated and spoken to by Cathleen Conner, Nurse Practitioner. After taking a home pregnancy test, my daughter scheduled an appt by calling the office. The receptionist set an appointment for bloodwork to confirm pregnancy. When Cathleen Conner entered the examination room, she rudely stated BEFORE SAYING ANYTHING ELSE, "You know you're pregnant right?", "Why do you want a blood test?" My daughter tried to explain she was told it was necessary when she called so she showed up for the scheduled appt. She described several additional rude comments made, treating her like she was stupid for coming into the office for a blood test. Cathleen's profile reads as follows, "Cathy enjoys seeing a variety of patients, from teenagers to women that are post-menopausal. She appreciates the challenges that go along with counseling these women in areas that are of concern to them." It doesn't sound at all like she is patient and caring, nor does she provide positive counsel to emotional, scared, mothers to be. HORRIBLE WAY TO TREAT A YOUNG, NEW, SCARED MOM. HORRIBLE!!! ***PATIENT BEWARE***The billing department of this institution needs to be called out for their atrocious behavior. I should fully disclose I have worked in a medical clinic before, and I have an understanding of the billing/insurance department. I believe their actions are racially discriminatory as I have a non-white ethnic-sounding name. When I went to make an appointment, the process was smooth. They scheduled my appointment about 1 to 2 months out. However, about less than a couple of days before the appointment, the insurance/billing department called and said they didn't accept my insurance. I assured them my insurance was accepted, and I had no issue anywhere else. They told me, "previous patients with this insurance had issues." The explanation sounded simple, but I have a special type of insurance that few in Virginia own.... Nevertheless, I disagreed with their response assuming the department was too lazy to do the work to process my insurance. They refused to call my insurance with me, and I hung up upset, knowing they did not do their due diligence. So I called my insurance on the phone, and I called their insurance/billing department, where my insurance department stated THREE times that my insurance should be accepted. They eventually relented. This incident was trifling because I spent a month or two waiting for an appointment for only a couple of days to be told that it was going to be canceled. If I were someone who had to plan my off days in advance, this institution DID NOT CARE. Next, after my appointment, I am given two bills. One with a new patient bill and then an extra fee. During my new patient intake, the doctor literally only touched my stomach, and we discussed my prior history. Instead of being included in the new patient intake fee, the department decided to code an additional fee. How was I suppose to come in as a new patient without disclosing my prior history? This makes absolutely no sense. So I have decided to write this feedback and NEVER give my time or money to this institution. This billing department is predatory and potentially discriminatory (racist). I repeat, this billing department is predatory and potentially discriminatory. Patient/Buyer Beware! ------- Update: Lorelle, these acts are not one off occasions and "fixing my issue" will not address the deeper issue at VWC that can be seen by your negative reviews. Please do not contact me. Below are my recommendations: 1. Read and analyze all of your negative Yelp and Google reviews which demonstrate a history of racism and classism at this location 2. Apologize publicly for your racism and classism that can be easily seen in your negative Google and Yelp reviews 3. State and make the necessary changes to stop medical racism and classism at your location 4. Fire or write up (if needed) the people that are doing this abhorrent behavior (i.e., being racist and classist) Your other option is to do nothing, but your negative Yelp and Google reviews demonstrate a frequent record of your acts and you continually looking the other way. I got my IUD inserted by Dr. Eisenach and it literally traumatized me. I was clearly very nervous for this and told her about how much pain I was in after she did my pap smear a few weeks prior. She told me to open my knees when I was ready for her to start. I opted for laughing gas (which costs $75 b/c insurance doesn't cover it) and she waited approximately 30 seconds before she decided to just move my knees open and start the procedure. It takes at least 2-3 minutes for laughing gas to kick in so I obviously was not numbed AT ALL (as a gynecologist, she HAS to know this). So of course I immediately started crying and then she just left the room and said to take my time. She was pretty nice but it seemed like she just wanted to be in and out of my room and do the procedure quickly which I found to be very unprofessional and harmful. Don't recommend. read more

Now I will start off that I am not someone who makes reviews unless it is above and beyond. I am new out in the Richmond area, for anyone to my understanding it's uncomfortable and personal information going to an OBGYN from time to time, I'll say it was unsettling that I had to transfer to a new nurse, so when I was researching around the city for OBGYN this place bad reviews I will say I am grateful that I didn't let that affect my experience nor steer me to another center. My experience with checking in was swift along with Jamie checking me in. She's usually at the short pump location! But let me tell you she is so high-spirited so kind and gentle and energetic mind you not my appointment was at 7:30 AM so her and I were chitchatting early in the morning! So sad I'm gonna miss her now moving onto being called/seen by Tabitha, she had greeted me politely she had spoke to me calmly she had given me reassuring advice. She had made sure to also stay professional with the information that I had spoke of it was very vulnerable to me, but I felt as if I could be vulnerable. Now moving along to Miss.Nicole I came in to get a breast exam along with just a check up as I said this was my first time at this clinic so they usually do the rundown making sure that all my information is correct making sure if I have any questions or concerns to ask so I will say once again the reassurance was top-tier the advice it was as if I was talking to a well knowledgeable friend. It wasn't just a nurse or just someone coming in to help me, It was shown that I the "client" mattered and I am so appreciative of that and society everyone is here to do their job which is great but it is difficult these days to these days to find people who are dedicated and passionate about their job/clients and it's hard to find people who see others as human beings not just something to complete a job on. We have emotions we all do and I will say this was one of the best experiences that I've had at OB/GYN center and I will say my previous center was the best out of all ofthem, but this center knocked the other one out by moving swiftly with checking people in by greeting me by giving reassurance and comforting advice by making sure that my prescription will be refilled three months in advance just taking the time out of their day to communicate with me about the worries that I have that weren't even that serious I just didn't have any guidance, but after I left, there was a smile on my face and I was sure to allow all of the ladies to know how grateful I was of them and I can't wait to see them again!!! They get 1 star due to Elizabeth McGraw at the St. Francis location. She not only billed me wrong, she purposely tries to bring you back for as many office visits possible for the $. She is young and does not seem to be very knowledgeable. I had some warts removed and before seeing her mentioned the "acid" treatment to the NP, who not only checked but showed me the bottle that was right in my room. Dr. McGraw said she didn't have any that she'd freeze the warts. I didn't inform her that I knew the acid was in the room, either way after "freezing" she informs me that I may have to come back 3-5 times. It is slightly weird writing a review for the GYNO office. haha, but since I will...I HIGHLY recommend this place to get your annual check ups and when you are preparing to have a baby. I've been coming here for about 5 years now and i LOVE my doctor. I have Dr. Elizabeth Roberts and she is the sweetest and nicest person ever! She is great and def helped me with information whenever I had all sorts of questions (gyno related of course lol). The staff and people here are super friendly, helpful. organized, and VERY professional. I love the fact that they have an online portal where you can schedule plans, request for prescriptions, make payments, and other requests online. Not only are they super knowledgeable, organized, efficient, like others mentioned, the staff is friendly, fun, relaxing, and they LISTEN to you. VWC is like the triple crown winner of gynos!! Extremely disappointed with this practice. I have been multiple times and each time I have had to track down the doctor and/or nurse to get my test results. On two occasions, I had an issue that needed treatment and nobody even called me. When I got the nurse on the phone to check on my results, she started rattling off treatment without even explaining to me what I had wrong and with an attitude like I was wasting her time. One time someone told me that "we are just very busy." Well, if you are too busy to call a patient who needs treatment for an issue, then perhaps re-evaluate your patient load or manage your time better! I have ZERO patience for ineptitude in the healthcare system, which seems rampant. Seems most are more concerned with turning a profit rather than practicing their profession. read more

Dr. Cassidy pushed birth control on me the entire appointment after I already made clear I had 0 interest in birth control. I had already told the nurse I did NOT want to discuss birth control options with the doctor, then i was bombarded with the "option" of birth control by the doctor over and over again for my entire appointment. The appointment was rushed. She dismissed my concerns about severe pms symptoms and pain. She implied that there was no point in testing for endo or pcos "because this* *{referring to pain medication and BC} is what we would do to treat them". Wow. Painkillers and birth control.. How amazingly innovative. So very helpful. I left feeling even more frustrated, hopeless, and concerned than before. No joke, I received better care from a patient first doctor in urgent care than my scheduled appointment with Dr Cassidy. I won't even dive into the fact that i received a couple hundred dollar bill for the "appointment" which was essentially nothing more than a 20 minute "advertisement" for the gardisil vaccine and birth control. I do not recommend her to any woman who is suffering with concerns about debilitating periods or other severe pms symptoms. She will likely just brush it off and tell you period pain is common, no matter how harshly you describe it, and then imply that you need to take pain medication for days before your period starts EVERY period in order to manage it. I'm certainly not a doctor, but there is no way that is ALL a woman can do in order to manage symptoms. Her allopathic approach is not helpful. read more

They spend hardly five minutes, don't even look at your face because they are taking notes, some speak faster than the disclaimer at the end of a medical commercial on radio. Some don't even do breast exam during annuals - just mammogram. Everything is digital, so ease of appointment and getting questions answered via myPrivia app is good. I went here due to having an extremely large fibroid and wondering what my options would be to calm down my periods until I can get the surgery. The doctor and staff were friendly, but the process of getting FMLA was ridiculous. I've gotten FMLA in the past because of my horrendous periods but they made it seem like it was just a regular period and I just had to deal with it. That's absolutely not the case and I feel bad for other women who have to go to work under those conditions as it is absolutely awful. I ended up going to another practice and they easily gave me the FMLA I was requesting. I hate that women have to go through this process as if we have an underlying issue that clearly causes horrible periods, we should be able to request time off for work. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Roberts since about 2007 but today was the last time. She just lost me and my daughter as patients. Today was an annual for me. Before anything, first thing she asked was if I had been vaccinated. I let her know I was not. I spend the next 5-7 minutes in the room alone with her going on and on about why I need to be vaccinated. She asked personal questions as to why I am not vaccinated. My personal reason has zero to do with politics surrounding it but she made me feel absolutely awful!! Anytime I would try to discuss my hormones or other female concerns, which was why I was there, she would give me short one sentence answers and then go back to discussing the fact that I am not doing my part by not being vaccinated. I finally just stayed silent because I was flabbergasted that she was treating me like that! She didn't even do an exam either! I hadn't been to her in two years because of COVID and her "annual exam" consisted of checking ONE boob with about 3 pushes and then literally stuck her fingers up in me for about 3 seconds and said everything feels fine. I'm sorry, that is NOT an annual exam. No culture, Pap smear, no thorough breast exam, no nurse, no discussion about MY actual female concerns! I can't believe I am being treated differently because I don't have a vaccination! I'm literally tearing up in my car because of it...she has no idea my personal reasons and made me feel like a piece of crap for not having it. I absolutely will not be coming back and I'm sure she's okay with losing me as a long time customer because I don't fit the mold of who she wants to see. I would never treat anyone differently like this! I've left a message with their practice manager and have yet to hear back. I will be reporting to insurance because if they bill me for an annual exam, I'm going to be furious! I now have to find another doctor to get an actual exam and insurance only covers one per year. Fortunately my fears were unfounded once I met with Dr. Catherine Bagley. She is caring, empathetic, and does not rush you or make you or your concerns feel like an inconvenience. I had my first OB appointment with Cathleen Conner this week at the W Broad Location...I had seen Mrs. Conner 2 months ago due to a late period issue and fertility questions. She was very dry, unwelcoming and less than helpful. Fast forward to 5/5/20, It's obviously been a stressful time on everyone with COVID, I'm mindful of that. I had come back to this location a few weeks before my first OB/ Ultrasound appointment to get bloodwork confirming my pregnancy. They advised I wait a few weeks to schedule a appointment and ultrasound since I wasn't sure about conception dates. I was already nervous because I had spotted earlier that week and went to the ER at MCV. The staff at MCV were considerate, kind and caring handling my concerns and giving me a piece of mind so I wouldn't worry. My baby is fine by the bloodwork and US they conducted and estimated I was roughly 5 weeks since I hadn't been to the doctors yet. However, on my 5/5/20 visit with Cathleen, after educating her on my ER trip the week prior with my spotting issue I was greeted with the absolute WORST bedside manner. She couldn't tell me how far along I was from the ultrasound they conducted that same day. She couldn't tell me why I was spotting. In her own words without me mentioning anything aside my spotting concerns the week prior she tells me, " If you're going to miscarry you're going to, there's nothing that we can do and there's nothing u can do to prevent it", after now amplifying my concern and anger she advises " If there's not a heartbeat by next weeks scan I would be concerned." Okay, I didn't need to go to medical school to determine that Mrs. Conner is NOT a doctor & had no concrete medical information to back up her disrespectful diagnosis on a first time mother. Not one single word of encouragement knowing my pregnancy concerns. The fetus was growing larger since my ER ultrasound which I was able to determine for myself. This is my first pregnancy (scary enough) I wasn't able to have my partner with me due to COVID concerns. I disappointingly had higher expectations for empathy and compassion for my first visit. I'm now 6 weeks pregnant. Spotting is normal btw in like 30% of women in they're first trimester. No real concern for a heartbeat not being there as it can be heard usually the end of the 6th week into the 7th. Anyway, I left my appointment with more questions and stress than before I got there. I was able to google most of this to reassure myself that my pregnancy is progressing normally because my visit with Mrs.Conner was a complete waste of time. I will be returning to MCV for the rest of my appointments. I took the time to re-write this on yelp specifically so it can be seen as they won't post my review on google. I would not recommend Cathleen Conner! I don't know what her official title is and only god knows how long she's been working there, but just say no for first time pregnancy appointments. To be clear, I'm not seeking to get her in trouble during these trying times as she is essential to someone... Aside from that, the rest of the staffs demeanor was good and I wouldn't jeopardize them because of a couple recurring bad experiences with one individual. I come here to get my shot which takes about 5 minutes. I work a standard 9-5 so I use my lunch break to come get this done. I waited over 30 minutes after my apt time and still was not seen. I scheduled my apt months in advanced so that I didn't have this problem. I understand that this is a busy time of the year but do not schedule people if you cannot see them. I reviewed VWC 6 months ago fairly upset by several things. I had just gone through my 3rd consecutive miscarriage with them and was not feeling valued or taken care of. I took issue with their music choices and felt they catered towards healthy pregnancies and women not going in for tough things. The office manager, Natalie, reached out to me and managed to find some solutions to these problems. I'm in for my fourth pregnancy (so far so good ) and have noticed some changes. Natalie worked with me to find an OBGYN who would be more sensitive to my anxiety and dealing with, god forbid, another miscarriage. The music is also gentle instrumental which may be boring, but at least isn't emotionally triggering for people experiencing trauma at their offices. I applaud them for listening to me and taking my feedback. I still wish there was a small separate waiting room for women who have experienced loss (just some partitions or something) because it's absolutely brutal to go to follow up appointments for a miscarriage and be surrounded by pregnant women. I also hope that they continue to show sensitivity to all women who experience loss and understand visits to their offices are not fun and exciting for everyone. read more

A few days ago I called For an appointment after feeling unwell for a few weeks and the Staff was quick and kind to get me in within an hour. I was assigned to Dr Douglas Hutcheson. He was rude, condescending, degrading the minute he opened his mouth. He didn't listen made me feel like nothing was wrong and I should not be there and waste his time. My questions fell flat and were quickly dismissed. I have been with the practice for several years seeing another doctor for routine yearly exams which was fine, however I will not be back. I left in tears that day and felt invisible, even if there wasn't an obvious medical issue at the moment, I felt bad and was in strong discomfort and that was no way to be treated!!!!! read more

Where to begin? How much do you like hearing the words, it's OUR policy?? You will hear them ALOT! Want an ultrasound to find out the gender at 16 weeks? No, that's not our policy. Want to record your ultrasound at 20 weeks so you can capture that special moment your baby's gender is revealed? Not allowed by our policy. Like waiting in waiting rooms for hours past your appointment time??..That IS their policy. Walked out today and won't be back! If you respect your time and wish to have your pregnancy somewhat on your terms...run..don't walk..away from this place. Great office! Horrible policies! Horrible wait times! Expect 2-3 hours to complete any appointments. I tried to speak to a manager before leaving but gave up after waiting 30 minutes... What a mess! Was so excited to find out the sex of our child today and the whole experience was ruined!!! AVOID!! read more

So I've experienced strike three with VWC. I have no idea why it's been such a difficult relationship since I rarely see them but the last three times have been upsetting and traumatizing. First, my annual was with a doctor I'd never seen before spending majority of the time telling me I was obese and probably had sleep apnea (I don't) and that I need to pay to be on their new diet plan. Nothing about my tests results or Pap smear. I didn't say much but I left feeling upset at the doctor's manner of focusing on my weight to make more money off of me. Fast forward to two weeks ago, I find a lump under my arm. It's pretty big and was hard to the touch. Scared of course, I call for an appointment at the new location on Broad as soon as possible. I go to see the NP and she felt around it barely and though she was nice, she basically blew me off as if my fears were simply this is cancer hysteria! and not any hosts of other issues it could be. She asked what did I feel like doing as far as my treatment and I was taken aback by not having her understand my fear or concern and practically putting the medical process of elimination back on me. I had to ask for a mammogram. They scheduled for a week out, no urgency on their part but I got to live with anxiety wondering what was under my arm. The day of my appointment, I get a call an hour before and they are cancelling due to a water main issue. While yes, I do get it's out of their control, the lack of urgency or understanding is still there when rescheduling me and I was asked to put this off yet again. Take another day off yet again. I went from being a patient who simply came in during annuals to being jerked around for the last few weeks. I'm officially leaving this practice. read more

Normally I don't write reviews for Doctors, especially Gyno's, but I've been coming here for three years and it's always been a pleasant experience. The staff is always pleasant and friendly and my doctor makes this experience quick and painless. If there is a chance that you have to reschedule, it is always a simple process. read more

I love VAWC but I stopped seeing Dr. Tozer a few years ago when she cauterized my cervix without explaining anything about symptoms I would experience afterwords. I made it out to the front desk before almost passing out from excruciating pain. I had to sit on the floor and collect myself before I could walk out of the office. I would have like to have known a little bit more after that happened!!! Not as thorough of a physician as I prefer, so I switched to seeing Cathie Connor (an NP) who I throughly enjoy seeing. read more

I have been a patient here since I was 18. They delivered all three of my children. I called to make an appointment today for an urgent health concern would not see me due to a balance due from February which I explained I cannot pay due to not working since May 1 due to colon cancer. My insurance would have covered today's visit 100% but they wouldn't see me still! Thanks a lot. Now I'm calling all over town trying to figure out how to get help. Thank you so read more

Horrible, I am finding a new doctor elsewhere. I have waited for 1 hour to be seen for my appointment every time, my doctor never listens to me, is always in a rush, and never listens to my symptoms. One of my symptoms is how birth control makes me seriously depressed and I need to find another solution, she prescribed me a birth control with a 1 star review and everybody complaining how depressed it made them. Then we moved into me having laparoscopic procedure for possible endometriosis. My doctor was 7 hours late to my procedure, rushed it, didn't get photos so to this day I do not know what they found or did not find, cut less holes in me to look than they were supposed too and half assed it, and still charged me full price and for photos I did not receive, and yet I still have horrible monthly cycles and was given no explanation as to why and to pop more birth control. Don't waste your time or money here. I think all the girls in my office have switched away from VWC and also share complaints. read more

I just switched to this practice after having seen the same OBGYN for ~10 years (due to insurance issues) and was apprehensive about going to someone new. I had such an amazing experience- the entire staff and Dr. Schoeffler were all so kind and the registration process and exam were so efficient yet comprehensive. I have already recommended the practice to 2 coworkers and was very impressed with my visit. read more
