The gentleman was the one that did my pedicure and it was probably the worst one I've had. He was not friendly, took twice as long as my sister (who started at the same time) and my nails look pretty bad. None of them are straight or smooth, there's polish off the sides; just not a good job. When I get my nails done, I'm paying to have a pampering experience and this was definitely not it. I would not recommend going here if you are looking for friendly customer service and a good service.

Plus she is so friendly and kind she automatically puts you right at ease. Her products and techniques are top notch! Everything was so much less painful than I was expecting. Immediately after my appointment I looked in the mirror and was shocked to see that my brows had zero redness! I have always had much more pain and redness with other waxing places I've been to. I feel like I not only found an esthetician I will want to keep going to, but also like I made a new friend. If you have any anxiety about body issues and going to get waxed, the best way to get over them is just go to someone like Kasandra. We went as a walk-in and the customer service was very welcoming and friendly. The technician cut, shaped, and exfoliated my feet, which I appreciated. However, during the service, the top of my right foot was accidentally scratched, leaving it sore and blotchy red. Additionally, the polish wasn't applied fully up to the cuticle line, which made the finished result look incomplete. I'm not upset just disappointed that my mom paid $50 and the results didn't meet expectations. I do appreciate that they provided a refund, which we're thankful for. Unfortunately, I won't be returning, but I hope this feedback is helpful moving forward.

I did what every terrified scared woman does and I google wax places, read reviews and scheduled my 1st appointment with The Wax Lady aka Johanna. Johanna was either going to make this an amazing experience or brake it for me. As soon as I walked in Johanna greeted me with a friendly warm smile. Right away making me feel comfortable and relaxed. She asked me if I had ever been waxed before and made sure she explained in detail what I should expect. Made sure I understood this was my body and if at anytime I decided not to proceed to just let her know. She went over basic breathing exercises and I won't lie as comfortable as she made me feel, I was still terrified. After she pulled the 1st strip the process went nice and smooth. I will definitely be back, I definitely recommend everyone to see Johanna, specially for all those who have never been wax and are terrified. Your 1st time should always be with a person who take their time to make sure you are as comfortable as possible and provide you with all the information you need during and after the process.
