She should have done the right thing and given me back my money to go somewhere else if she felt she couldn't represent me in good faith. I wish now I had just taken a court appointed lawyer. She didn't even know the law in Massachusetts not allowing people to be tape recorded under any circumstances. Tape recording can not be used in Massachusetts because it's against the law to record someone. The highest court got a case about this very thing and said under no circumstances can it be used and she was oblivious to this fact. Then she scolded me like a child telling me to take responsibility for what I did because I asked her if I could take back my guilty plea because I was under duress. I was crying while she was yelling in my face to just plead guilty which shes not supposed to do. In my opinion an attorney should not talk to people the way she spoke to me. If you want 7k you should at least work for it. She also never told me I was being put on trial the day we went to court she said it was to try to get something thrown out and I get there and I'm blind sided when all of a sudden I'm on trial and the judge was asking me how I plead. She pulled multiple dirty tricks on me and she should choose another profession.

Since that happened Jay James was disbarred from practicing law but just like they handle their cases with no care about the law or how breaking them might affect their clients Jay still walks around the Beach Club I. Rye, NH telling everyone he was an incredible lawyer. So good that he decided to retire. Disbarred!
