So, I paid, then waited for a week before calling him for a delivery date. He did not answer my call. I left a message. He did not call me back. I sent him an email. He did not respond. I tried again daily for two weeks. Still no response. Finally, I told him I was going to cancel my order if I didn't hear from him by the next day. He sent me an email back and said my order would be shipped "next week." I called and emailed him again, asking for a delivery date. Still no response. It is now two weeks later, and I still have not received my order, so I sent him an email to cancel the order and contacted my credit card company, as well. I learned something from this experience. When placing an order online for a large amount of money, it is a good idea to look for reviews of the company. Had I checked the Better Business Bureau first, I would have seen another customer's review that had the same problem in June. This company seems to take your money and doesn't ship the product. So, I hope that this review saves someone else the hassle of dealing with an unethical business.
