Had the company reached out to me in a courteous or professional manner, and explained to me what had happened, then I would consider removing or changing my review. While I am sorry to hear about the passing of a family member/team member, it is not an excuse to wish bad karma on someone simply for leaving an honest review. As mentioned in my original review, while we never had SERVICES performed by this company, we still interacted with them on a professional basis. Customer service is apart of business just as much as services are. There is no reason to reach out to someone who left an honest review of their customer service and tell them, "I am so happy we did not continue on to consider you as a client.".

They did a complete overhaul on moving the panel box because it was a pacific panel box and had to be relocated to a new location. We were so happy with the results.
