Her way of speaking immediately puts you at ease she has this calm, gentle tone that makes you feel safe, understood, and genuinely cared for. It's rare to meet someone in a medical setting who makes you feel like family, but Willow does exactly that. Her professionalism stands out in every interaction. She's attentive, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, yet still warm and approachable. The office itself reflects her standards clean, organized, and welcoming, which only adds to the sense of comfort she creates. During my ultrasound, Willow was exceptionally gentle. She explained everything clearly, checked in often, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. There was no harshness, no rushing just genuine care and skill. Anyone who has the chance to be helped by her will feel supported, respected, and in very good hands. Thank you Willow for making me feel safe and being so sweet. Kindness doesn't cost a thing.

I was told the day of my appointment, due to my high deductible I needed to pay upfront, $395. Then, my next visit would be $295 for him to do a sonogram on my abdominal. (A procedure my PCP can order). For the procedure I wanted, I needed to have another appointment "consultation" basically $95 office visit each time. Someone else made a comment of having to repeat yourself multiple times with the office staff, true! My visit was short and my concerns were not fully addressed. Also, I was told to pay $1600.00 up front for a procedure fully covered by my insurance. I'm definitely looking for a different GYN. Patients should be treated as people not cash cows.

Even one of the receptionist, when we notified her, went off on the nurses in the back wondering why they never called us and we were first on the list. Not only that but the nurses were making us feel uncomfortable asking my wife if she did drugs and when she said know her and another nurse just looked at each other and smiled. She was treating my wife like she was incompetent asking her the same questions slowly and slower each time. The professionalism of this place needs to be reevaluated and I'm not the only one who feels this way. There's other pregnant women in the office being neglected

Man oh man am I glad to finally stop having to go to my appointments with Ahmadinia. I did a review…read morebefore and spoke about his weirdness when he called my less than 1 year old daughter "sexy" and on how out of all the times I went in to see him, only ever seen him less than a few times which didn't make me feel at ease. Anywho, the end of my pregnancy was crazy and the last time I saw him was when he barely glimpsed at me at the hospital and how awkward it had felt. I know for a fact that him/his staff saw my review because about three to two weeks before I had given birth, I got a phone call from his office and even a private call that was blocked from them telling me how I couldn't come in to my appointment anymore with my child. Instead of him apologizing or even saying anything about his "sexy" comment about my child, I get told that I cannot bring her in with me or I can't go to my appointments anymore. The lady at the reception on the call literally even mentioned that it was because of my review. That was so weird and honestly after that phone call and the next two appointments, I had no intention of coming back. I could tell and feel when he saw me in the hospital that the vibes were off and he sounded short with me as if I was in the wrong. What grown adult man calls a minor child sexy?! I'm definitely not in the wrong for that. Anywho, to anyone that reads this, steer clear of him. Everyone else there is nice but he is a fake as it gets in my opinion. Additionally, when I went to an appointment I had for NSTs, I met a woman who also dealt with Ahmadinia. She mentioned that when she went he was rude and off putting with her as well and very short and this was based off of about two appointments she had had with him. She was early enough in her pregnancy to get to change OBGYNs luckily but I was too late into mine that I didn't want to risk having to search for another. Anywho, be that as it may, he's not all he is cracked up to be and I think there's way better OBs than him. He may have up to date equipment and be in a better area but he is not someone I'd recommend whatsoever. That staff totally saves it for him. He's just a plain old creep imo.

Unless you WANT to be spoken to condescendingly and be ultimately dismissed due to Wilburn's medical ignorance and lack of education. I left her office feeling pure rage as it was one of the most dismissive medical encounters I have ever had. I came in trying to explain serious symptoms& concerns that had already been raised by other university level medical professionals, including the need to evaluate possible pelvic venous disease and vascular compression-related conditions that affect my cycle. Instead of fully listening or acknowledging that the issue may fall outside her expertise, she repeatedly smirked, laughed, interrupted me, and told me that what I was saying did not make sense. She spoke out of pure ignorance& instead of swallowing her pride and admitting she's never heard of it before, she tried to tell me it wasn't real. Compared it to "walking pneumonia". I didn't even have time to show her my abnormal labs before abruptly ended the appointment, not wanting to be my doctor as I was challenging her, saying she shouldn't be dismissing a condition that she knows nothing about and needs to do some research instead of just being dismissive and ignorant. She was so condescending and rude. Rather than saying, "I'm not familiar with this condition" or referring me to someone who was, she acted as though her lack of knowledge meant the condition itself was not real. As if Interventional Radiologists don't diagnose pelvic venous diseases all the time. That level of arrogance and ignorance is dangerous in medicine. A provider does not have to know everything, but they absolutely should know when to listen, research, or refer. Not dismiss and gaslight. Her bedside manner was appalling. I left the appointment in rage tears, shaking with anger, and feeling retraumatized after years of being misdiagnosed, gaslit, and dismissed by providers just like her most of my life while suffering from very real medical problems that has caused me life long damage due to medical negligence and delay of care. Patients should not have to fight this hard simply to be heard especially when it comes to rare conditions. This is not a provider I would trust with any complicated or common medical issue. She cannot be trusted if her ego is this big. If you need someone compassionate, curious, respectful, and willing to take your symptoms seriously, I would go elsewhere. ANYWHERE. I would not wish this experience on anyone. Medical providers like Wilburn hurt more patients than they help bc they're burned out or haven't learned anything new to update their skills and practice in years. Or just too prideful and arrogant to admit they don't know anything about rare vascular compression syndromes. What I needed help with required too much effort, research, compassion, and listening skills that were way above her capability. If Wilburn sees this:Continued education is important in the medical field where discoveries, research, and development are changing more every year. You're not doing your patients any justice by dismissing them and not looking into this instead of speaking out of ignorance. Pelvic venous disease (including PCS and May-Thurner syndrome) is prevalent in patients with chronic pelvic pain. Women who have persistent intermittent pain with no other underlying pathology should be considered for treatment, which consists of sclerotherapy, embolization, and iliac venous stenting. Interventionalists should be familiar with the symptoms, workup, and treatment of this disease, as thoughtful treatment can significantly improve the patient's quality of life.REFERENCES1.
