I didn't think that going to an oral surgeon was going to be an enjoyable experience, but that's what it turned out to be. Dr. Quereshy and his staff were so welcoming that at the and of the procedures and check ups it felt like you were going to the office to visit friends. Dr. Quereshy and his staff have been extremely professional and informative throughout the entire process - from start to finish. I was referred to Dr. Quereshy from another oral surgeon as being an expert in the field of oral/maxillofacial surgery. I had an overbite and misaligned jaw for many years and needed lower jaw surgery to properly correct the issue. Dr. Quereshy used a scientific approach in preparing for my surgery and communicated exactly what would be done during the surgery. I had the procedure done approximately one month ago and couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Quereshy is a skilled surgeon who instills confidence with his expertise and ability to communicate effectively. Orders expensive unneccesary tests and then refuses to follow up. I visited Dr quereshy for a tooth extraction and a lump on my jaw line. The extraction went beautifully. The lump however...the Dr told me I needed a CT scan and would probably need to see an oncologist. I was very scared and immediately went to get a CT scan. When the results came back the doctor had a receptionist call me and tell me that was nothing there. I argued that there was a lump on my face and obviously something is there. I asked for the doctor to please call me so we could discuss the results further. After approximately five phone messages and a month-and-a-half of waiting I never received a call back. So now I have a bill for $1,400 for a CT scan that I don't know what the results of it are. Scare tactics and HORRIBLE customer service! read more

I've had a wisdom teeth removal and TMJ arthroscopy with Dr. Quereshy and an endodontic consultation with Dr. Usman. I couldn't be happier with my experiences there. Both of my surgeries went very well and both doctors are incredibly knowledgable. They made me feel comfortable and informed. Since my surgeries, my insurance coverage has changed and Dr. Quereshy would now be considered out of network for me. But if I needed any other procedures, I would still go to him and pay more out of pocket because I was so happy with the results. On top of that, the office is very nice and the staff is friendly.
