The girls that work there are so sweet. They took care of everything for me. My next visit I had the treatment done. It was painful but of course they can't help that. I felt comfortable and they made sure I was taken care completely. They did a great job and I'm grateful for everything they did for me.

From the minute I called to when I showed up to my appointment and left, they were very nice. I don't think I've had customer service like that in a while. Lauren was my dental hygienist and she was very sweet. She made me feel comfortable from the start and did one of the best cleanings I think I've ever had. So I asked well why then have you not reached out to me to schedule these other treatments? At which point the office manager said "she wasn't gonna argue with patients" I said I'm not arguing I'm asking questions. After having one of the…read moreworst visits with a different dentist, Dr Feldman was one of the kindest and gentlest doctor's I have had the privilege of having work on my teeth. They say this man has written the book on how to numb a patient up, and that is true. It took about 20 minutes for him to do all the injections, but when he was done, he could have removed my jaw and I wouldn't have felt it. I really liked how he listened to all my fears and concerns, and reassured me that I would be okay. During the procedure he took his time telling me if we need to stop, that it is okay. All along the way he told me what he was doing, and I felt absolutely no pain during he procedure. This man and his staff are a true blessing!
