I then got 5 shots and off she goes to finish the same client then walked to the next room for a client consult.she assured me those shots would keep me numb until she worked on the other client. she started to finally on me, then she was gone again to another room! she finally comes in and says "we'll are you ready to get this done?" well "yes" I replied .. she put the rubber thing stretching across my mouth and started.. in about 15 min she left again, leaving me stretched and uncomfortable while she worked on another client.. I was getting very aggravated from being in that position for so long. she FINALLY came back and then the block was falling out underneath the stretched material and I tried to let her know by pointing, she pushed my hand away and said "don't move" in a harsh voice. I was just trying to communicate with one finger.. RUDE! she figured out what I was trying to point to and started again. A bit later she had a little drill, I believe, and again I tried to alert her that it was hitting my lip and AGAIN she shoved my hand, which by the way was nowhere near her instrument.. You get the idea, by now I'm sure.. I was there for 5 hours! when done I was swollen and sore, to be expected but it took 2 1/2 weeks for me to open my jaw and get a spoon in!! I would never recommend this dr to anyone!! it was just for a normal root canal.. very unpleasant and rough! She should have pd me the $1500 instead of me paying her for this neglect!

However, if you show up on time, be prepared to WAIT and WAIT. From when you show up to when the doctor sees you, it will be an hour or more. Your time is not important. Hard to get your X-rays If you want the X-rays you paid for, that will be a challenge. You will have to ask several times. They will tell you that they will send them, but you're going to have to call them several times.
