I had high hopes for this hair salon and I was brought nothing but absolute disappointment and TERRIBLE hair. I started off with brown thick and course hair and I was left with thin damaged and broken hair. Not to mention it was no where close to brown, they dyed my hair blonde?? Not to mention the customer service is HORRIBLE. I got my mother to contact the owner of the salon and he is terrible at negotiating a solution for my hair. They offered to redo my hair colour buy do you really think my hair can take anymore bleaching?? My mother asked if they can just dye my hair black to cover the damage and the owner seems to have a lot of difficulty with replying consistently. I got my hair dyed on the 4th of November, it is now the 18th of December and my mother and owner have still been negotiating since then. This salon REFUSES to refund my $500 and isnt offering a treatment for my extremely damaged hair even though I said I'm willing to wait a few months till it's safe to get a japanese hair treatment. the amount of fuss that has come out of this hair salon is insane, I have spent so much money trying to cover the irreversible damage their work has done to my hair.
