Individual parking spaces are limited and you will be waitlisted. Tandem parking is seemingly always available. Bicycle racks are available for free inside the parking garage. This apartment always smells like dirty socks because of poor building ventilation. If it's a risk you want to take like I did, be my guest and more power to you. I'm sensitive to smells and I can tell you I'm already dubious. Wait, I have more. The Muse crew painted my concrete floor in an attempt to prepare me for move-in day. I know the company meant well, but they didn't give me any option to decline. My room now reeks of noxious fumes. I would have gladly kept the old floor with all blemishes. It also delayed my move-in. I can't be in my own room without feeling grossed out by the putrid odor of new paint. I'm living with a friend until it gets better. I don't know when that will be though. The pre-furnishings aren't as great. I'm allowed to store them so that's good. I will for the following reasons: they stink, may be damaged, and are filthy. I was given a bed frame with two bent wheels which I will not use (storage). My included desk size is okay--no qualms with the nice desk. The office chair was not properly maintained/cleaned in months or years by Muse. I sprayed it everywhere with Spot Shot and black grime came off of it. The grime needed 10+ paper towels before it started to let up. Even so, the office chair still smells like an unwashed human in the summertime even after Spot Shot. This is going into storage with my bed and microwave. Speaking of the microwave, it had such a powerful, pungent odor that no one took the time to clean. It was also caked with dried food. I've been at Vision 5 since June 29th 2013 (officially July 1st); not long after the place opened. I first heard about the place at a Redmond town meeting that was a discussion about making Redmond an art town and about drawing more artists to the city. As an artist, I was was highly interested in Vision 5. It was pitched as Redmond's first "Live, Work, Art" building. While it doesn't yet fully live up to all my exceptions, (I wish there were more artists living here, and that there was a well ventilated place for me to use oil paints, and spray paint) it is nice place for a single artists to live, work, and to create some art. Since I've lived here, the place has had it's ups and downs. Some of the earlier reviews were somewhat true. Management has changed many times. This place started out with no onsite management, and small maintenance team to now having an onsite management team (Muse Management) with a beautiful office, and a larger maintenance team. I love that Garret, one of the Leasing Professional, is also an artist and one of my neighbors. As an artist, I've been able paint in the small common area that allows for nontoxic art work, I've been able to use the conference room for meetings, have a BBQ and other parties on the balcony, and I have been able to hold my own art show as well as curate a few art shows in the Vision 5 north gallery. I was able to help out when the movie, "Painting Anna," was filmed. Additionally management, asked me to participate in a number of art events (Vision 5 opening Art party, Kirkland Art Fest, Kirkland Studio Tours etc.) on their behalf. Pros: * Everything is within walking distance: restaurants, grocery, entertainment, biking/walking trails, and the Redmond Transit center. In other words you can do not need a car, and you can easily commute to most contract jobs (Microsoft, Google, Nintendo etc.) * Art Gallery, Painting Studio, Drawing Studio, Conference rooms, Balcony with BBQ and potted garden *Maintenance - The last few crews have been very good. In the current crew, James and Nick are great. Nick really put in the extra effort when he helped get the benches and a table for the opening reception of the current show. * Rent is low (especially when you factor in the included utilities) for a person who wants their own place, and who needs a space to paint or create in this area Cons: * Noise level depends on the neighbors that you happen to get due to hearing everything through the wall. (I currently good neighbors, and I have lucked out for the most part) * Like most apartment in this area, the only way to cool off during the summer is to open a window, or get portable air conditioner, which needs window that opens by sliding up and down. So, when choosing a room in the building, be aware of the following: ** Most of the units on the 2nd floor do not have windows, just a 2nd door to the balcony ** Two of the units on the 5th floor only has french doors with no screens for windows * No space to do messier artwork, and to do artwork that requires more toxic materials such as oil paints and spray paints * Rent is high for the amount of living space No place will be perfect. For me, this place is a nice place to live. The pros and the benefits outweigh the cons and minor annoyances. Avoid this place like the plague. It used to not be awful pre pandemic but management completely abandoned it during quarantine. The hallways, staircases, and community areas are all filthy and untouched. The community is awful, everyone in the building smokes weed and tobacco so it always reeks in the halls. People are extremely hostile to one another, guys with extreme anger issues causing loud arguments that get the police involved. The apartments are claustrophobic and not even close to a suitable amount of space for 1 human being, let alone 2. There isn't even a sink in most of the bathrooms. Parking is awful, and you either have to get a parking pass from the city of Redmond for all day parking, or pay an extra hundred dollars a month for the garage space that is often full of people's random discarded furniture and trash. Lets see. What else- There's a construction site that has popped up right across the street out of nowhere. I have no idea what they are building, but its certainly big and loud, especially in the morning! Listen, I know the seemingly affordable price is tempting, you tell yourself that you'll use the public kitchens, and patio areas, or whatever, but you won't. You will have every fiber of your optimism and happiness drained away from you as the living conditions send you downwards in a depressive spiral. Please pick literally anywhere else. I don't know much about the other locations by Muse MGMT but going off of the experience of living at V5 for 2 years, I would also steer clear of anything managed by them. read more

I've been here a year and I heave to say its overall a pleasant experience. I like my neighbors and the maintenance staff does its best to get repairs done. Its close to everything but not in the middle of it. The heated floors were wonderful in the winter as I always walked into a warm home. I rented at Vision 5 for around one year while going to school near by. It worked out perfectly for me! I got the privacy of having my own space, which is what I was looking for. It is also in the perfect location! I liked that I could walk and get my groceries from QFC or Trader Joes! There are a lot of good restaurants all around! And lots of fun shops too! Even a movie theater and hospital super close by! I don't drive so it was perfect for me, and I could walk to school as well! All my neighbors were nice and I never had any problem! I really enjoyed going on the patio common area when it was snowing, really peaceful and pretty. The current property manger is super nice and helpful! I only have good things to say about her! The complex also holds little social events sometimes! Which I think is very nice! Unfortunately I am always busy with school so I wasn't able to attend one, but they sounded nice and fun! read more

Vision 5 is a great place to live if you work in the area and like walking to work. Even if you work in any of the surrounding areas you'll still be making life a little easier and more convenient. The management team is a crew of smiley, friendly and professional people who care about their tenants and try their absolute best to accommodate everyone. Larry and Dustin have been the two gentlemen that have helped me tie up loose ends the previous management ignored. There is also Yuseff who is just as friendly and helpful...among a few other smiley faces I've seen walking around who I do not have names of. I just ended a six month lease and signed up for another year. Up until 2-3 months ago I would not have renewed my lease. Every time I went to the office to speak to management it was closed. A few other minor details, also. I no longer run into any problems. The office is always open now. As far as the actual unit, I have no complaints. I live in a unit less than 150sq ft on the fourth floor with a beautiful view. It's plenty of space for one person. I moved here last August so I've felt a little bit of each season while here. It's cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Very comfortable, affordable, convenient and a bunch of other good stuff. read more

Even though it has great location (Regal Bottega mall, QFC, Trader Joe's, gym and schools) this building has a LOT of issues. The rooms are small and expensive (they take advantage of their location). Cardboard thin walls let you hear pretty much every move of any resident (up,down, sides). They have ''quiet hours'' starting at 10, but hardly any resident respects that and management can't really do much on this. The floor material absorbs ANY stain. If you spill a drop of coffee, it'll stay there. If you drop anything at all (I'm an artist and I used charcoal, colored pencils and pastels and was very careful while using them), most likely it'll leave a mark on this crappy floor. Eventually, this will reflect on your security deposit, which will result in a deduction of your deposit (I'm very clean and before leaving the apartment I made sure to have everything in order, but still they took money from me). If you live close to the kitchen, prepare to hear anyone who cooks or talks in this shared space. Current management tries to help but usually they just wash their hands on any issue in the building and just print useless ads and stick them around the building's walls. Many times the fire alarm started. Not at 2pm, not at 10am. There was a time it started at 3:30am and all the residents had to get out of the building, and wait for the firemen to come and check everything was OK. Other times the fire alarm just started and interrupted anything you were doing and again, go through all the protocol. The alarm is incredibly high in volume as well. Internet. I lived in the fourth floor, and the only way to have a reasonable signal was to plug directly to the wall (Wi-fi sucked or didn't work at all 99% of the time). The internet also falls quite often. Everytime I could chat with people living there before me they were always unhappy with the place and telling me all sorts of reasons to leave whenever they had the chance. Now I understand (I lived here for 9 months). Please take this seriously! Bottom line, I would never live here again or recommend it. They are other great homes in Redmond or even Kirkland with the same perks (coffee shops, better management, grocery stores, gyms, parks). If you want quality of life, look somewhere else. read more

Apartment manager says "We know this couple is an issue, we're working on it" But nothing is being done. Police called and man was taken to jail, but most likely will be back. Unsafe. I've lived both here and Tudor Manor, and since I first rented with Muse Management three years ago, it's gotten way better. Vision 5 has treated me well thus far. The size is perfect if what you're looking for is a room - it's doable with two people if you're low maintenance, but totally worth it if you're wanting to live alone and just need a space. The all-inclusive utilities / internet / electricity is great, paying one monthly bill and not juggling so many. As far as the apartment life goes, the rooms are close so you'll need to respect the quiet hours, but I rarely have had issues with my neighbors as most people seem to respect them. The community is friendly, most of everyone I've met has been pleasant. The management team has improved drastically as well since my time at Tudor, Ashley and Garrett are great and the maintenance crew is friendly and helpful. If you are low-maintenance and need a small space with no hassle, this is the place for you. read more

I think management must have improved a lot in the last couple years, based on some of the older reviews. Lindy and Garrett are the managers and they've been really helpful and easy to work with. Overall I like the place. My flat is super tiny and the walls are really thin, but it's a nice little space and those issues haven't been much of a problem for me. Sound is probably the most annoying thing, but people are usually quiet after quiet hours. The free internet is convenient, but really spotty. But hey, it's free. Besides that, just the regular apartment issues. Management seems eager to help out whenever something's broken or messed up. They're always available and pleasant to talk to. read more

It's a good apartment for a first-time renter for me. It gave me rental history and was a nice first apartment because I don't have a car and thank goodness I'm 5 minutes walking distance from the transit center, the store, restaurants like papa johns and jack in the box, and conveniently close to the library and the city hall. It is a micro studio and the walls could be thicker because of that, but neighbors also have to be respectful and mindful especially after 10pm when people wake up early to go to work the next day. Also, neighbors in vision 5 can keep the noise down a lot by not banging on the walls. It would help a lot to have elevators. During the application process, The leasing agent Kelly was incredible. During trickier parts of the application process due to unique circumstances on my end, Kelly felt more like an advocate for me then a leasing agent. She was incredibly proactive and communicative, thorough in her responses to my questions, and quick to notify me of any updates. I was recently helped by the maintenance staff with some power circuit breaker problems. It was during the heat wave and it was crazy hot. I'm wheelchair bound and I called for help from maintenance. They were at my apartment within 5 minutes. They helped me get my little a/c unit powered back up and replaced a failing refrigerator. They then contacted me several times to make sure everything was still ok. I want to thank them very much for helping me survive the heat wave. They are a terrific couple guys and do a tremendous job!!! read more

Writing this after 9 months living in Vision 5, I can say this has been a perfect introductory home for me in this city. It's conveniently located next to multiple shopping centers, a transit center, a hospital/urgent care, grocery stores, coffee spots, and -- my favorites -- the Sammamish River Trail/Marymore Park. Kelly, the Property Manager here at Vision 5, has been a joy to work with. Very professional and responsive whenever there were maintenance-related or billing needs. She thoughtfully plans get-togethers for the holidays and socials for the residents here, which has been wonderful, being new in town. While you don't get a ton of space, I love Vision 5's commitment to being green and the amount you pay is worth it in the value you get from this place. I lived in 160 sqft, and that was the perfect amount of space for me as a single renter. The common areas are inviting and well kept. My neighbors keep mostly to themselves but are friendly to talk to. First I would like to say that Francisco's review is 100% accurate to my experience. I was originally so excited about Vision 5 when I first heard about it. From what I was told, it was everything I was looking for. Upon taking the tour it all looked great and was all new. My biggest concern, which I specifically asked them about was noise. They reassured me the neighbors were quiet, but after moving in I quickly found out that was not the case. Like mentioned in another review not only did people not respect the quiet hours, but the walls were so paper thin, it is impossible not to hear every movement or conversation in neighboring apartments. The next big issue I encountered had to do with the promised $25 monthly bus voucher advertised with renting at Vision 5. I do not have a car, and this was an incentive promised to those who took the bus. After a while living there, I had not heard anything more about the vouchers, and decided to inquire. I was told they were working on it. From the tone of the woman's voice, it seemed that I was not the first to ask. After a few months I inquired again and was then told they could not offer the vouchers. This was the first of many experiences where the properties lack of planning and poor management resulted in me paying for it. In the end I got a few months worth of the promised $25 deducted from my rent every other month until january. Then they stopped. Also make sure you get all the info in writing. I was told I could easily go month to month, but later found out it was another $50 a month. That had not been mentioned at any time prior. My next big issue with management came up when I was suddenly required to provide a proof of income after living in the complex for almost a year. I received a bunch of paper work on my door that was required to be turned in the next day with no explanation. When I went to the manager to ask, she said it was something to due with it being low income housing, but didn't seem to understand it well herself. It seemed to be something that should have been dealt with before allowing people to move into the apartments, but due to poor planning or lack of knowledge suddenly pushed it on the residents to cover there asses. I filled out the paper work and turned it in after she promised the information would be kept in a secure place for their records. Less than a month later the management changed and suddenly I was receiving texts asking for the same paper work. I replied informing them that I had already given them that paper work to no response. Weeks later I received more texts asking where the information was. I decided to call to see what was going on. I was then told they had not seen my texts, because their phone did not receive them, which made me question why you would choose to communicate with your residents, if they cannot respond. I then refused to give them the information again concerned and frustrated by the fact that I had done so recently. They tried dropping the same papers by my door one more time, but after not responding they did not continue to press the matter. Clearly it wasn't that important. The room itself was unbearably warm, and the floors were terrible. The bathroom floor has a protective layer to stop water, but it does not continue into the rest of the apartment. Everywhere else the concrete is very porous and quickly soaks up water and stains. The discomfort was not limited to the apartment itself. Multiple times I was harassed by people in and outside of the apartment complex, and often did not feel very safe. Outside is not well lit, and unsafe. Also get ready for the joys of leaf blowers at either 12am or 8am. Moving out was a happy day for me that included an encounter with a would be new resident that solidified my reasons for moving out. The person approached me as I was bringing my stuff to the car. He asked whether I was living then told me he was trying to find the manager. He was from out of state and had an appointment to meet the manager. Not only was she not there, this was the second time she had blown off a tour with this person... We later saw another person wandering around the office, looking for the manager. I was honestly surprised they had such a difficult time, when I had been told by management that my apartment would be open for tours everyday of the week 12-7pm and weekends 12-4. Which I thought was a rather large gap of time to expect visitors. After asking for more of a heads up, I was told they couldn't due to open hours. The person looking for his tour said he had been told tours were 12-3pm...so why wasn't I updated on this? Living at Vision 5 was a nightmare, and I am so happy to be out of there. read more

Vision 5 is a Mini Studio. The rooms here are very small but the location is perfect for someone without a car. Redmond Transit center is 2 min walk, and there are grocery stores, coffee shops, cinema halls, Gym, Yoga center everything you will need with in 5-7 minute of walk. read more

I would totally recommend living at our community! I love living downtown with wonderful, creative people. Having been here a couple of years and about to sign my third lease, I have had good follow-up from management, I see work going into the property to enhance it's existing list of features, and have befriended many neighbors as life long friends. I value the LEED certification the property holds and living with a smaller footprint has helped me simplify and refocus on a lifestyle I choose. Yes, there are cons to live here and I won't present my list as everyone has something different to gripe about. I deal with my issues and adapt accordingly. Any issue I have gets fixed. I really didn't want to have to write a negative review however this was the last straw. Since I moved into vision 5 I never had heat. I had to buy my own space heater which would shut my electricity off if I used the microwave or the dryer. Before moving in I told Garett that I had bought a bed bug cover but he said it was included from vision 5 and then I asked about move -out inspection in relation to cleaning. He said clean the apartment and if all looks well you will get your full security deposit back. Per the leasing contract, it does not state that you will be charged $60 for a cleaning fee and $40 for the bed bug cover (if I knew I was going to be charged I would of used my own or taken this when I moved). So when I moved out, I scrubbed the apartment and Garett said all was well. He said I will get my full security deposit back. However I only got partial because I was charged $100 for a cleaning charge and a bed bug cover. Management still hasn't done anything to resolve the issue so here I am writing this review. **Please review contract in detail and don't rely on management to clarify contract. Check was finally received for $60 however bed bug covers doesn't cost $40 for a twin. Anyways like I said read all the fine details before signing. Note: despite all of the drama, when I needed paperwork from them for my new apartment, the new leasing agent was extremely helpful. We also had a great conversation. Again I would advise for everyone to read their contract clearly and have them even initial everything documented. Take tons of pictures when you move in and move out. Seattle and the east side are picky when you move out but hesitate to document a damage when you move in. Also make sure to have all your work orders done before the move out.. living in Seattle has been one of the strictest areas due to the engineers who could careless about their security deposit and or expenses they incur. read more

I have lived at Vision 5 for about 5 months as of this writing. Overall it is a great value for the money, so I'm rating it 5 stars, but obviously there are much better places in town if you have a higher budget. PROs: 1. Great Location - movies, grocery, fast food, parks, city government, fire station, transit center, trail, downtown 2. Low Price - under $1000/month in Redmond is a steal 3. Water, electricity, Internet, and laundry fees are fixed and added into your rent. You only need to pay one bill (Well, two if you count that you must buy Renter's Insurance too) 4. Wifi Router in Every Room - good internet but not amazing 5. Good Water Pressure 6. Leasing agent Kelly is very friendly 7. Maintenance respondeds to work orders in apartments promptly 8. Heat is preserved inside the building very well, and each resident can choose a temperature for their room. (But no AC) 9. Recently Built - first opened in 2013, so they still have a "modern" feel and won't be torn down soon 10. Low Maintenance Floors - Some people have complained about he concrete slab floors absorbing stains easily, but imo it's not a big deal. The floors are easy to clean on the surface. Just don't worry about it and accept that after months or years of living somewhere you should accept paying a cleaning fee when you move out. I'm sure you want to move into clean places yourself 11. Includes Basic Furniture - desk, chair, and twin bed (with mattress protector) are included with your rent. If these are in bad condition when you leave, you will be charged CONs: 1. No AC. Most (not all) apartments have a window in which you could install an AC unit yourself 2. Parking lot and benches behind building are often used by people who look like druggies. But they've never done me any harm 3. Very tight and limited parking indoors, and if you park behind the building you risk being towed. This building is more for walkers and transit riders 4. Thin Walls - hear your neighbors, the kitchen, cleaners, leaf-blowers, running water sculpture, and laundry any time of day. Less common during quiet hours 10pm to 8am. If someone makes noise during quiet hours, feel free to report them 5. Communal Laundry - over 100 residents but only 5 washing machines and 5 dryers. Currently 1 washer has been broken for a month 6. Physical Keys - If you want to live in the 21st century and enter your apartment building or room through keycard or RIFD, that's not happening at Vision 5. You use a physical key for common areas and for your room. This can feel a bit tedious to use, but sometimes doors are broken or open so the common key is not always needed 7. No Elevator - There's a handicapped lift hidden in a corner, but it's never mentioned. If you've got furniture, you or your friend is carrying it up and down a bunch of stairs yourself 8. Very Limited Leasing Office Hours - Kelly is in charge of Vision 5, Tudor Manor, and 162TEN, and office hours change time and location each season. Right now Vision 5 has only 1 full-day and 2 half-days of office hours each week 9. Delivery Problems - Because of points 6 (physical key), 7 (no elevator), and 8 (very limited leasing office hours), it can be hard to receive packages at Vision 5, especially if the carrier is USPS (and your package is too long to fit in a ground floor mailbox) as they do not have access to the box which holds the physical key carriers can use to enter the building. I'd recommend signing up for USPS Informed Delivery so that you know when to expect these packages. FedEx and UPS will deliver to your apartment doorstep if the leasing office is closed, in my experience, but when you order from Amazon you can't choose your carrier 10. Outgoing Mailbox is not secure - If you need to send mail with USPS, don't use the apartment's outgoing mailbox. It's with the other mailboxes in an outdoor section of the ground floor, but it is not locked. Anyone can open it and take any mail out of it. And sometimes it gets very full and practically bursts open 11. Imperfect E-mail Reply Rate - Kelly is great, but her reply rate is only about 85% 12. If you don't want the default furniture, YOU are responsible of moving it out and brining it back when you leave 13. Water volume is low - sink faucet sprays water in a way that makes filling up bottles (if they even fit under the faucet) a time-consuming task 14. Off-Leash Dogs - not sure how leash laws would rule on this, but residents feel comfortable letting their dogs be leashless in communal areas (Dogs surprised me because my lease said "no pets") 15. Communal Kitchen - each apartment a small fridge and microwave though, but fancier cooking requires you to use to use a communal kitchen 17. Poor Payment Portal - RentCafe doesn't let you see or pay your monthly rent until the 1st of the month, the same day it is officially due (although there is a few days' grace period) read more

I moved here at the end of Jan 2015, and I would have to say this place is pretty nice. I am a single mother and my 205sqft apartment is just enough for the both of us. I never realized how much you can utilize a small amount of space but this is awesome. The best part I would have to say is that my neighbors, they are so friendly and helpful its almost like the whole floor is a family. we cook together, do laundry and art all at the same time. My daughters best part is the garden on the bottom floor. every day she will go down stairs and pick from the garden and bring me either strawberries, onions, rosemary, and other good stuff. If you want community living with fun and creative people this would be the place to be. I would also have to say the summer months are the most exciting, there's also a fire pit on the bottom floor. there are so many activities, beautiful sunsets, and gatherings is really makes it feel like home. read more

There are pros and cons where ever you choose to live. I work on Beacon Hill and my commute is 17 miles, 24-26 minutes. I park in the garage which is extra but I gladly pay the extra knowing that my vehicle is of of the street. I have friendly neighbors and the management has fixed any complaint that I have had. I am on my fourth lease in my third apartment and all things considered it is more economical to stay here rather than moving closer to work. This complex is the cheapest in Redmond for sure, but it's not worth the money. Spend an extra few hundred dollars a month and you can get a place twice the size. It's not worth the "cheap" price it promises. The place is 5 stories with no elevator, and there's only so many parking spots in the garage. Otherwise, you have to find street parking. The location is right across the street from the fire department and the police department, and the walls are paper thin. There's a lot of noise. It says it's a no smoking facility, but people smoke every night outside the complex, and you can't open the window without smelling it. When I lived there, the only manager onsite probably worked 15 hours a week. What you see is what you get: a blank concrete box with bad ventilation and no kitchen. Pros are that it's within walking distance of a lot of places, and it's the cheapest rent in the area. But if you have the funds to pay a little extra money, pick anywhere else. read more

Never ever even consider living in this dump! The only positive aspect is the location. There have been 5 horrible, inconsistent, uninformed, useless "property managers" in my short stay here. Drug addicts almost burned the entire building down, the windows are sealed shut and do NOT open!! There is no way of getting air unless you leave your front door open at all times. They in NO way care about living quality or maintaining the utilities when they are "out of service". It is extremely difficult to have Internet service being that they are constantly working on it, so working from home is almost impossible. The walls are paper thin so you can hear every word spoken, music at all hours, and the constant slamming of doors. It is truly a horrible place to live. read more

Location is fantastic, building is awesome, and staff are the best! Ashley, Garrett, and James are so accommodating and made my mom's move-in smooth and simple---Thank you! Community areas are attractive and very nicely kept, and the sun deck is a great perk. The eco-flats are small, but perfect if you don't need a ton of space and want utilities and internet included in the (reasonable!) rent. So glad we found Vision 5---just what we needed! read more

"cheap" for what you find in this neighborhood but it comes with a huge price. while i agree with the previous review about the really good walk score, everything else is bad. 1. paper thin walls. you can hear your neighbor's phone conversations - loud and clear. 2. amy in the office never returns calls. so if something needs to be fixed - forget it. 3. watch out for their mercurial lease terms. mine clearly says that i'm eligible for a renewal on a month-month basis but am now paying a $50 fee for renewing my lease on a month-month lease. 4a. fellow residents have no respect for quiet hours. people do laundry at 2am (yes you can hear it even if you are down the hall from the washers/dryers) 4b. washers and dryers always smell of cigarette smoke. 4c. fellow residents do not respect the no-smoking policy within 25 feet of the building. you will always find a bunch of residents smoking right outside the building. IMO, you are better of either spending a bit more or living farther. 'am outta here at the first possible opportunity. read more

The apartments are livable, the walls are as thin as paper, don't fall for the "artist community" that is just a joke, I've never met another artist there, the management company they have there is "Muse" the absolute worse apartment manager it has ever been my misfortune to have to deal with, what she promises or tell you will always be a lie, when you call her on it she will tell you that you are mistaken, no such thing was said, this happened with such frequency that I wanted to talk to her supervisor, problem is, if you don't accidentally bump into her there, or stake out the office, according to the apartment manager, there is no way to make contact with her, I happened to walk into the office while she was there, after she "ALLOWED" me all of 5 min to talk to her, I found that she is far worse than the apt. Manager bellow her, you can tell they are lying because their lips are moving! Honestly, believe me, save yourself loads of grief, stay away from Vision 5, as well as ANY property managed by "Muse management" I have heard this same thing from everyone I have talked to in this building, as well as those dealing with Muse Management, truly the cooperation that couldn't care less !! read more
