The…read moreoffice staff was very helpful in walking me through the steps as a new patient and confirming the cost of the exam after insurance. The paperwork was minimal and the exam was easy peasy. They encouraged me to try out the new brand of contacts they prescribed before ordering -- it was nice to not be pressured into buying glasses or contacts on the spot. When I was ready to order, I called back and was very pleased with the gentleman helping me place my order. My new contacts shipped to my door within a week. I first came to definitive vision after pain in my eye led me to seek optometry care that was near my work. They were able to get me in right away in an emergency appointmen. When I met with Dr. Heiss, she was quick to tell me what was wrong with my eye and offered solutions to help. She gave me some eye wipes to trial which worked wonderfully. I then came back for my annual eye exam at a different location and everyone was helpful. I like that it's a smaller place, but it's certainly more expensive than anywhere I've been in the past, so that's kind of a bummer. I love the eyeglass selection, they're very stylish and unique. This year, I decided to take my favorite frames and put updated lenses in them, I love that that's an option. I'd recommend coming here, because it feels like a posh boutique and everyone is helpful and friendly, but the cost might be a bit prohibitive for people. Or maybe that's just my eye insurance!
