I checked my receipt and noticed I was charged the full price of $12.99, so had to walk back in and do a full refund and repurchase it at the discounted price. That's fine, it happens. However, when I arrived home, I decided to peel off the price stickers to see the original price and it turns out it was originally $9.99 and they marked it up to $12.99 (with a missing lid) and then "put it on sale". So just be aware of checking your receipt.

The flowers that were delivered were basically five white roses and a bunch of filler Flowers. I understand that some flowers are limited and similar flowers of similar value would have been just fine but not just more filler flowers. They were bereavement flowers for a family so after they were delivered, there was really nothing the shop could do to make this order right for me. I was very disappointed seeing I spent extra to get a bigger arrangement. This was the first time I had used this florist. I think I will probably look elsewhere next time.

She said she could fix it and I should come by the next day to pick it up. I had to work so she said she would leave it in the mail box for me to pick up. It wasn't in the mail box when I got there. I called her (left a message because it was after business hours.) She did call me back the next day even though it was the weekend and said my order was not in there because an neighborhood kid with autism had removed it. I was so upset by the lack of professionalism and for blaming a special needs kid. I eventually got my order. If you are looking for professionalism and for your order to be done right the first time, I would take your business elsewhere.
