They did this without even identifying himself, and mind you this is a business. I wish the business well but they need to learn basics of running a business. After 12 years of dating, I had finally proposed to the woman of my dreams and had a wedding to plan. Some may wonder what took so long before popping the big question, others may wonder why she didn't cut me loose after 5 years, but the most important question at hand, was who was I going to get to service all of my printing needs for the wedding? I did what anyone of us would have done in my situation and ran a quick Yelp search and found myself at the door of Vision Graphics. I was very impressed with the level of service provided by Linda and Simon. They helped print our standard items such as our "Save the Date" postcards, menus and seat cards. They were also able to help our non standard item such as our magazine style programs and the decal for our welcome sign/mirror. All items came out better than expected. They provided an extremely high level of service by going above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect. They didn't simply print the images we sent them, they created samples and provided suggestions on how to tweak the images to improve the look and/or feel. My company has been working with Linda and Simon for almost 3 years now. They have worked a variety of projects for us and their customer service has been excellent throughout. They have helped us with: 1. Business Cards 2. Flyers 3. Brochures/catalogs 4. Company T shirts (we provided shirt) 5. Graphic floor mats 6. Popup banners (vinyl) 7. Custom Size Posters We lack a true graphic department, meaning there are often little tweaks and size adjustments needed on our files. Vision not only catches these, but they care enough to get us on the phone and alert us of the problems and best solutions. They also fixed all those problems for us, which is a huge help. As for speed of delivery, they have gone above and beyond to meet our deadlines. I'm talking 1-2 day finish on some large orders. For one order, they stayed late to meet a rushed deadline and allowed us to pickup around 9pm. You can't find many shops who will do this! Pricing is more than fair. They always give me competitive quotes when I'm shopping around (which I never do anymore). And for the extra customer service they provide I'd say its top value. Good print shops are hard to find. Prior to Vision, we had tried a handful of other shops in the Fremont area. None of them could match the quality that I got from Vision in the final product. There is nothing worse than waiting a week to get some flyers done and then finding spotty/faded prints throughout the order and crooked alignment on half the order as you are handing out flyers at a trade show. I have NOT had any bad experiences like this with Vision. For their price, communication, professionalism, flexibility and end product its an easy 5/5 for me. read more

I was recommend to ask for Linda when making new business cards for a company I'm working with. Communication by email was superb and Linda let me know what dimensions and borders I needed to stay within to make my business card work with their template. I ordered some business cards with Linda and gave her all the artwork on a thumb drive. She had to clean up some stuff and shrink the size a bit to make it fit her template, but it wasn't really a problem for her. A week later and wa-la! The cards were beautifully done. Ordered softball cards for my daughters team as Christmas presents on 11/24/2013 and paid the extra for 2 day shipping. Cards arrived on 12/6/2013 and three of the cards had spots on them (looked like something got on the printing plate). Notified them of the issue via email on 12/07/2013. On 12/10/2013 they sent a reply rejecting my claim saying they print from the original picture. In response I took photos of the cards and emailed them over on 12/13/2013. On 12/16/2013 they wrote back saying they now understand and would replace the cards. It is now 12/29/2013 and I do not have the corrected cards. Not happy at all. read more

Let me start off by saying the quality of the cards is superb, I can't fault MyTradingCards for that.. however when they were shipped to me (UK) it appears the company did not declare the value of the cards, and customs charged me £29 (Just under $50).. with such a tight budget already I was instantly in the red when I came to reselling the cards and the company would not do anything about it when I asked. I must also comment on their customer support which isn't the best sadly either. I sent in a few questions about my order before I bought the cards however they did not respond to me (I even sent a second ticket and got no response either). Overall I'm happy with the cards themselves but very dissatisfied with their customer support and the way they handled the shipping. read more
