This is not about their printing services but as an authorized Fedex pick up location. If you have any large items and choose this location for pick up, they will straight up refuse the package and it will then return to Fedex. Fedex does allow this location as an option for delivery, but this shop will not accept the package. I understand it's a small place and they cannot accommodate, Fedex should not even offer this location as an option. Save yourself the trouble and pick a different location, or call ahead and ask if they can accept it. read more

If you are looking for a print shop, look no further than Aria. I just want to say how amazing this service was! My family has been going through a lot with the loss of a family member. The last thing we'd want right now is to stress about more things -- printing the programs was one of them. My Auntie Jackie called around to sooo many places to get a quote for 250 copies of a short program (4~ pages), folded, and stapled. We were shocked when she got quotes back for $650-$1200. That was absolutely insane. Luckily, she went on Yelp and found Aria. Ken helped my Auntie out, he seems to be the owner. She was able to tell him about all of her concerns with the printing job, how soon she needed everything, communicated all of the details (even thru the labor day weekend!) and he got this printing job done in less than A DAY. After seeing the great job they did for my daughter's wedding table numbers, I came back to have them print large wedding posters on foam board for the Welcome sign and Seating chart. They turned on looking fantastic. The lettering is so crisp, and the foam board was plenty firm to stand on its own on an easel. I even had flowers on top of one of the posters, and it still stood up straight. Everyone mentioned how great our signs looked at the wedding. The only thing that would have made the signs even better is if they had matte paper, but they only have glossy for the foam boards. The glossy still looked great but showed up shiny in photos. Save your time and money - don't go here. I requested a delivery change for my UPS package since I wanted to pick it up in person. Aria was one of the location options online on the UPS wesbsite so I chose to pick it up there. Mind you, I've requested to have a package picked up at this location a few times before. When I got to the store, the employee asked me what I needed and I told him I was there to pick up a UPS package. He then rudely informed me that there was a $5 pickup fee, to which I was quite shocked - I had picked up rerouted UPS packages here multiple times and have NEVER had to pay a fee. I asked him if this was a new policy because this was my first time hearing about it and he said that it wasn't and they've always charged $5. He also added that whoever helped me before clearly just forgot.. except for the fact that HE was the one who helped me all the previous times. At this point I was pretty frustrated because 1. Charging $5 for picking up a package is ridiculous 2. Having this back and forth with this employee was clearly getting nowhere. He was SO RUDE and disrespectful the entire time. There are so many better ways to deliver a message/inform a paying customer of the store policy. This experience was honestly the last straw. I've encountered this employee multiple times before this and he's been rude every single time. The reason I kept coming back was due to the convenience of this location but after this horrible experience, I'll never be back. read more

I love their location right across from Ohlone College. The woman working here is super sweet and helped me both times. I came to print colored copies. The printing quality was very sharp with crisp colors. I brought the document on a USB drive. I was able to print 60 pages for half the cost of the big box store; I paid $30 instead of $60 for 60 pages (color). The printing cost is slightly cheaper depending on how many pages printed. I have also been here also for LiveScan and I personally didn't have to wait very long (5 minutes maybe). I see that they also have their computers available for use at $3 per 15 mins. Save yourself the trouble and don't go here. I walked in yesterday wanting to get a live scan completed. I had called before hand to make sure this service is available. The guy on the phone said 12:30 it would be available. I arrive to the store at 1:00 and the guy told me at 2:00 the service would be available. Very rudely he said i had to come back. I drove all the way from Menlo Park, so i told him i would wait. He then said i could go get a sandwich at subway. I was like "no it's ok i will wait" he then very rudely said that "this is a very bad day for this." Pointing at me. Then he told me that i was missing something on my paperwork. I got what was missing, came back today around 10:30a and he told me i had to wait until 3:00p. I was shocked. I need to get this done for work and he proceeded to say "this bad day has turned into a bad week" very rudely. I told him i would wait again until 3:00p. And he then got the scan done. I appreciate him doing this, however this can be done much more respectively. I'm not sure who is the manager of this place but if this guy is always overworked then they need more people. (There wasn't anyone in the store?) if it's just him he's gotta learn to speak in a more respectable tone. Never going here again. Will try to avoid this place. read more

I hadn't been here in a few years, but due to the convenient location stopped by to try and get copies of my Christmas/Hanukkah Family Newsletter printed to go out with cards. I needed 80 copies printed and didn't want to max out my little home printer/scanner and go through at least 1 set of ink cartridges to get the newsletter and images printed "right". This gives some context on how much I wanted to spend on the prints - not more than it would cost to get new ink cartridges. At first when I asked for an estimate, I was quoted the standard amount. That was fair, but I didn't have enough money on me so I said that I would have to come back on Friday once I got paid again. To his great credit, a gentleman working there, Tristan, conferred with a man who I am assuming was the owner/manager to provide a lower price to keep my business for that day. Once I agreed to the new price, Tristan was very diligent in checking to see how the copy of my initial newsletter printout faired. When he saw that my paper was super thin and impacted the print quality, he suggested to the owner/manager that they offer a higher quality paper that would showcase the pictures on my newsletter better. I offered to email a PDF copy to help with the print quality too. It made a HUGE difference! I was very impressed with how understanding Tristan was and he provided a memorable, positive customer service experience. He treated my humble little family newsletter with the utmost care and respect, and that's why I will certainly be going back the next time I need copies made. read more

Booked online Livescan and nearest location to redeem coupon was Aria printing. Went there and talked to Manager. He asked to fill the form, when i told i already filled it online, he said you have to fill it again. So i did. Then i told i already paid for scan and here is the coupon, he went to his computer, came back in 5 and told coupon was not working. Have to call customer care of company from which i booked online live scan. They talked to manager, took control of his system and seems everything was in order, now he came up with other problem about authenticity of photo identity. Which was again taken care of. A process which could have taken not more then 10 mins took an hour for no reason. I felt like manager was not interested in doing live scan and tried every possible way to not do it because we booked live scan online and he is not going to make enough money. On top of it he was rude. And this was the second experience i had with this shop. I went like a year back for something (don't remember what was it for) but had the same experience. No cooperation, rude. This will be the last place i will go to for any job. read more

They are just an authorized Fedex location not an actual Fed Ex store. Don't waste your time. The person at the counter gave me a form to fill and when I was struggling with what questions (other than the usual 'from and to' ) needed to be answered or not he told me 'cmon you can figure that out right'. As for the pricing he said 'this one is the cheapest this one is the most expensive and I can't tell you how much or when it will get there but it's about 7 days' until I go to the system. As for the weight he said I should put in my estimate. Well I even had to suggest to him to use their scale. It was frustrating I told him nicely I will bring home the form and figure it out. I went to an actual Fed ex store and was out of there in 5 mins and didn't even have to fill up a form! The Fed ex guy easily gave me the prices and when it would get there. Done. read more

On June 28th at 10:13 am , received a call from the store Manager instead of apologizing for the incident. He actually asked to remove the pervious review. Here is the thing. I was informed by Trustline that Aria Printing hasn't submitted my fingerprints to Trustline on June 5th. And that Trustline has mailed my application back to me. And informed that I had to do a stop on my Money Order, redo my Trustline application with other money order and resubmitted to Trustline. Because of Aria Printing and Shipping negligent. I had wasted so much of my valuable time. And he has the guts to call me up and ask me to remove my review!!! This place is such a joke! The guy working here tells my kids to stop moving around because his batteries in the sensors we going to die. I have never heard of such a cheap remark like this before. I will never give this place my business. I used to come often to notorize documents because its close to my house. He has been unpleasant to deal with prior, but this was outright absurd, hideous, and ridiculous. This place lacks business sense. The location for this place in convenient which is why I've often come here in place of someplace cheaper. Today, I walk in to print 3 copies of an invitation in card stock. Firstly, I was notified I would be charged whether I used their computer or my phone to email the file to be printed. Then, I was told I'd be charged $10 to have the file sized. At this point, I'm nearing $15-20 to have three pieces of paper printed. I have no other choice to take my business elsewhere. read more

I ordered a package to be picked up from this location as it offered free pick up. I was notified it arrived and planned on picking it up two days later. Once I got to the store and told them I was there for pickup the store said there were no packages for pickup. I told her it was dropped off two days ago and that I received the confirmation. The two associates failed to take any responsibility and simply pretended to be confused as to where the package was. However the designated pickup location refused the package and it was being sent back to the sender without any notification! They instead told me to call ups to change the address as a solution. Didn't think I'd need to check reviews for a shipping location to accept packages but seems to be a trend here. Don't send packages here and don't designate this place as a pickup location if you aren't going to accept packages! read more

I've been going to Aria for a few years now, because it's close to my house and they have other services besides shipping. However, today's experience made me never want to come back ever again. I went in to try to ship some clothes that I bought online and wanted to return. The employee recommended that I purchase a box, because it was more durable and he didn't think the envelopes would fit all my clothes. When it was time to choose what type of shipping I wanted to do, I told him that I wanted the cheapest option ($13), but I had to have the shipping label that the clothing company provided me with, because it had the Order # and barcode. The employee told me that he couldn't do that, because they needed to put their own shipping label, because it contained their barcodes. So, I asked if I could put my label on top of theirs where it covered the address, but not their barcodes. No matter how much I stressed the importance of my barcode, the employee said I couldn't put it on. Anyways, I ended up going to an actual post office down the street, where I explained my situation to the mail lady. She actually even suggested that I fit my clothes in an envelope to save money on shipping costs, and everything fit! Never going to Aria again! They are so cheap and will charge you for anything and everything just to make money. read more

When I went in the male employee who was just sitting idly, informs me rudely that he will be busy for another hour and to come back later after an hour.
