I'd give a 10 stars if possible. Ryan, Rebecca & Joe are all great. Rebecca was super patient with the design of my business cards. Joe was great in producing them on time. And Ryan - Wow - I got a call from him shortly after (like a couple of weeks) from the time I had picked em up that they had made a mistake & had printed silk instead of the suede & that he had taken the liberty to reprint them (all 1000 of them!) in suede for FREE!!! & that they were ready to be picked up. Quite frankly I did not even notice the difference. THIS IS OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you so much Paper & Ink. I've had so many printers screw up my business cards. You wouldn't think that printing business cards would be so difficult, but I had a big problem. The person who created the artwork for my cards has disappeared, along with the original files. The only thing I could do was show the printer my card and say, "I need you to recreate this." Every time I did so, the font would change and the colors got muddier. My once attractive cards now looked dull and unappealing. I reached out to Ryan and explained the situation with my cards and set up a time to come in. I showed him the various incarnations of my business cards over the years. When I told other printers I didn't have the original artwork, they would respond with something like, "ooh, that's and problem", and it went downhill from there. Ryan's response, "Okay, here's what we need to do." He got his art person involved and went to work. On his computer we played with the colors, font styles and sizing, shadowing and thicknesses--something none of the other printers ever did. For the first time in years I'm truly happy with my business cards. Considering the amount of work they did, his prices were shockingly reasonable. Don't expect Vistaprint rates, but do expect a level of quality and customer service that online operations simply can't provide. read more

These people a just too nice, and my cards turned out looking great! I inadvertently sent my proposed business cards in the wrong format. Marie saved the day by doing the artwork herself, getting them out to me looking great. When I needed changes, they once again did a great translation between what I sent, which was in fonts they didn't support, and the fonts they had. Marie was transparent about the whole process and kept me informed all along the process. One point - it may be worth an e-mail (or closer reading of their website than, apparently, I did) to nail down file formats and fonts. Marie can save the day, but it's probably less mileage on everyone if she doesn't have to. I will use them for all my upcoming printing. read more

For someone to ask for exceptional service and quality, but be a cheap @$$ and nickel and dime the price to nothing, just infuriates me. The cost to do business is high. They have to pay, not only to print your cards, but labor to design, time for press check, score, fold, etc. Plus the energy to run the machines and keep the lights on. I would have told you to go there, too. Who wants to end up paying out of pocket to get your business? There has to be a profit or why take the work? Anyone who may be reading this, please know; I have not only had my clients advertisements printed there over the years, but my fiance and I have had his music CD's done there as well. Went to this business to get our printing done. The receptionist doesn't know what she is doing, her manager himself was in a rush and tried to brush us off. We didnt get greeted, the pricing was not clear. They have bunch of books they hand you to look in to what we want. There were no ideas and suggestions given to us in regards to our needs. The owner or manager ryan or brian was very unprofessional and doesn't know how to do customer service and how to communicate. I would not trust them for my business needs. read more

Needed some brochures done, i found these guys online and they were rather helpfull. They can take care of the graphic design work for you, obviously you pay, but its a really fair price. I had changed my mind about certain images and they were really patient and sent me several proofs of the updated material.
