I can assure you the owner isn't out doing residential consults in Columbia. Jeremy did a good job explaining total cost of the system, including federal and state credits. Renu made the process of getting all permits, permission from my HOA, etc lined up. There were only a couple of hiccups but he warned me about one. He designed a system large enough to get a special credit from them but said it might not be approved by Dominion Energy. He was right. They made us downsize a little. install went well, except for one connection inside a panel box in the attic that wasn't secure. It shorted after a few days of operation and the system properly shut down. which brings us to my biggest problem with them. Service is not swift. I really felt like they didn't care, since they had already made their dime off me. It took 3 weeks before they could come and get me running again. That was a bummer to have a brand new system not even functioning. aside from service responsiveness, I'm very happy with Renu. Recommended.

He did not like to answer those questions. He glosses over tax credits (federal and state). He asked who were my sources and I told him federal and state gov web site pages. At that point he said that this was not going well and he should leave. I agreed with him and showed him the front door....less than 15 minutes being there. His car was probably still warm. I guess he does not like to work with semi informed customers.

Then I go to sell my home this year and find out that they double lugged my system in to my service panel costing $4000 to undo their mistake. As always, I can never reach them.
