My job was a specialty job- we installed the sun room windows on some existing stucco railing, which is not typical. Brion and I both learned a lot about what stucco can and can't do well in this situation. There were initially some problems with the install (leaking with rain), but Brion was incredibly persistent and continued to send repair teams to attempt to address the issue. While it was at times a frustrating process for me, Brion persisted over the course of many months to address the issue until it became clear that the windows needed to removed and reinstalled altogether with some sort of metal flashing underneath them. That's the issue with stucco- it's porous. Brion even sent out a representative from the manufacturer to take a look at my job (since it was not a typical job by any means) and he carried out the manufacturer's recommendations. When something went wrong, Brion followed up until it was made right. A mark of integrity. I assume Vision lost money on my job because of the amount of times that repair teams ended up coming out and since the windows were essentially installed twice. But regardless I was never asked for another dime beyond the contract price. Making sure the windows got fixed, despite the financial loss- I see this as another mark of integrity for Vision Sunrooms. Because of that I can honestly recommend this company and will send my friends and family to their way when they are wanting to get a sun room. The repair team that did the final repair / reinstall was incredibly conscientious. Not only were they very respectful with me and the neighbors, but they also put down a tarp underneath the area outside where they were making cuts so as to contain all of the aluminum shavings and cleaned up after themselves very well. As an aside, getting a sun room has added so much value to my home! Not only is it such a lovely way to feel connected to the outdoors in our beautiful SoCal climate, but it also adds a lot of monetary value to the home. It's got to be the cheapest way to add square footage. Highly recommend to anyone considering it! read more

Brion and I had our ups and downs. The city of Ontario did not make replacing my patio cover with an enclosed, permitted sunroom an easy proposition to say the least. We spent months working on this project and I'm sure both of us wanted to quit at different points. Well, we didn't and after nearly five months in the making we have a completed sunroom that my wife loves. Brion did everything he said he would, the crews were knowledgeable, courteous, and fun. I know I wasn't the easiest client to deal with and I commend Brion and Vision Sunrooms. I would recommend them to anyone looking to add a sunroom or patio addition to their home. Our sunroom was completed back in early July 2022. I initially got the contract signed Fall/Winter 2021 with Brion, owner/operator of Vision Sunrooms. We went for a Shed Sunroom with an extended patio coming off it. It came with (3) fans, 12 lights, 4 outlets. With the ongoing pandemic, the manufacturing/delivery of materials played out closely to the estimated timeframe of 6-7 months. I mainly went with Vision Sunrooms because Brion was forthcoming with my questions and the pricing was within my budget. Delivery of materials was performed by a contractor and there were no problems. They were cordial and placed materials suitable for ease of access and cleaned up any messes. Construction of my sunroom was performed by a different contract, Goldeneye Construction. I was told they were replacing prior contractors (that had performed poorly on past projects) and electrical for wiring/fans/lights was performed by a different contractor. Overall, the sunroom was setup nicely. I had exterior stucco skim coated (stucco grinded then drywall mud placed on top) to make the inside feel more like a interior room. There were some issues with permitting/inspection. The sunroom was setup quickly but the building inspection by the city did not get a chance to inspect the C-Channel where panels are bolted to. I don't know if that was a miscommunication but I would make sure next time building inspectors get a chance to look at that part because it is a concern for wind ratings. Construction was fast (3-4 days) and cleanup was mostly professional. But I would recommend covering a pool with a liner to prevent all that dust from cutting next time (It was a pain to clean and no matter how much they can vacuum, it flies into every nook and cranny). I would also double check/review the wording of the contract. I was under the impression fan installation was covered if fans were provided by me (it was not because according to Brion, the wording of and/or negated that and ended up costing me $900 for installing fans). I gave Vision Sunrooms 4/5 because I am currently content with their service: it was mostly professional, amicable, helpful, and budget friendly compared to other companies, but there are some issues (dust going in to pool, building inspector for C-channel, contract issues on fan price). If your looking for a sunroom contractor, I would recommend to contact Brion for a quote and see what they can do for you. read more

This company does horrible work. Brion Williams does not stand behind his work. The room he installed for us leaks not only from the roof, but from the side walls. His worker made short cuts on the siding and filled it in with caulking which looks horrible. They scratched the ceiling and side panels in numerous places and their solution was to spray paint the scratches which does not match the paint. The leaks started within 2 to 3 weeks of completion. Brion was contacted, and he gave us some Flex Tape to put over the leaking areas. This did not work. He sent out a worker who put up more Flex Tape. Again this did not work. When Brion came to the house, and learned how upset we were of the horrible workmanship he and his business did, he looked me straight in the face and said, "Bottom line, job is done and I have your money." We contacted the California State Contractors Board who inspected the work, took numerous pictures and copies of the communication between us and Brion and accepted the complaint. After they interviewed Brion they filed charges on him and his business. One charge being that he was doing business without a license (henow has a license only because he was forced by the contractors board, but changed the name of his business). They sent us a letter that stating they filed numerous charges on him and suggested that we take him to court and sue for a full refund. We have the letter. When it rains we are forced for cover the entire room with a tarp. We have had 2 sets of flooring destroyed. We have tried numerous time to contact Brion and give him the opportunity to repair the room and he refuses to respond. We have also been in contact with C-Thru (the manufacturer) and they have made numerous attempts to have Brion repair all the damage. C-Thru is in agreement that he is responsible for the lack of workmanship and the fact that he is not a person of integrity who will back his workmanship. Do not use this company. He has also picked and chosen which reviews to keep on his site. He has removed past reviews. Please look at the workmanship he did on our room before making the decision to hire him to build your room. We have numerous more pictures and videos to show but the numerous pictures and video are too large and will not fit on the site. read more

I had a 25 year old sunroom that was leaking very badly into the interior causing mold and mildew. I tried to re-caulk the the roof from where I thought it was leaking but that did not help. So I decided to look for a replacement. I called several sunroom companies and after speaking on the phone with Brion, the owner of Vision Sunrooms, I decided to let him come out and give me an estimate. Brion only sell "C-Thru" sunrooms. They are among the 3 main manufacturer of Custom/Prefab rooms. The other two companies I called only wanted me to take pictures of my existing room and measure it's size. From that they said they could give me an estimate. I prefer the face to face on a big project. Brion is very patient and wants to make sure your satisfied with the final project. He was very hands on with my room and willing to make some minor adjustment to the project midway through. I am very satisfied with Brion and the sunroom he provided me. read more
