I found Visions Forever when they had a Groupon deal for transferring VHS tapes to DVD. I see these deals a lot on Groupon, but you almost always need to send your tapes to some place in CA - or just MAIL them to anyplace - and I didn't want to send the only copy of family members away with the chance of losing them. So I jumped on this deal in Whitman, even though it involved a bit of a drive, and I had never even been to Whitman (but Whitman is where the Toll House Cookie originated, so everyone should go there once!!). We originally hired Visions Forever to just be our Videographer and let me tell you, Tim was fantastic!! He was great to work with and he really knows what he's doing. Then about 2 months before our wedding our photographer (not at Visions Forever) was causing us problems and we were afraid she wouldn't actually show up to our wedding. So we told Tim and he was able to help us by getting Nicole from Visions Forever to do our photos for our wedding. We recently got our photos and my god Nicole was absolutely amazing!!! All of our guests have continuously complimented us on our choice for photos and video because they were so great! You honestly can't go wrong when you hire Visions Forever. I have done business with this business for Christmas presents and they were fast and everything. The lady at the desk was very nice. They did make. A couple of mistakes in my order and request but they fixed it. So a couple of months later I wanted to make a copy of a DVD I have to give to a friend who's brother is in it. So I thought of visions forever again since they did fine last time and I brought down the dvd the guy working there ( heavy set) not sure name he said he could get it done in a few minutes for me so I was thrilled. And when he was done his tome of voice changed from positive to condescending saying to me in a rude way before handing me my copy " WHY DONT YOU PLEASR STOP TOUCHING THE DISC ??!!" There is ALOT better way of advising me on the point and speaking to people. Unprofessional. I am very discouraged on using this business again. read more

I recently used Visions Forever to photograph and video my wedding. I chose them because their package included a lot for the price and they were recommended by our venue. We had an engagement shoot with the same photographer who would be doing the wedding which was great to get to meet him and get comfortable before the big day. He also let us bring our bulldog and had a lot of patience with him! Visions Forever also made us a seating board chart with one of these pictures. On our wedding day everyone was on time. I had a lot of different ideas for different poses for our pictures that I wanted to do. Our photographer had no problem taking direction from us. He was open to our ideas and really there to capture what we wanted, plus all the traditional shots. Our album came out great and the quality really shows. We have received many compliments on it. Our videographer kind of did his own thing. I would say our video is average and the style is a little dates. He captured all the important parts but I think it's lacking the effects and quality people are looking for these days. The turn around time for the video was also a little slow. Our wedding was mid September and we got the video mid February. We were pleasantly surprised for one of our photos to be used on their new business card! The biggest mistake of my wedding was hiring Tim (visions forever) as my videographer. I found him to be intrusive, unprofessional, slow to respond to emails (visions wait forever should be the name), and certainly not worth the cost for the final product. Buyer BEWARE...he believes it is common practice to not record the entire ceremony. You'd think when you pay for 8 hrs of videography, it would at minimum include the 30 min ceremony, ha, what a ridiculous thing to have to explicit state to a videographer. I was extremely disappointed and can NOT recommend Tim Briggs. He charges top market prices for amateur quality and service. The lighting in the video, transitions, and audio was not the quality I was hoping for, very disappointing all around. read more

We had Stephanie who was amazing! Highly recommend Visions Forever for all photography needs. She made sure all of our photos went as planned and helped with every small detail even down to helping pin boutonnieres! We were so happy with our photos and Stephanie's ability to capture the happiest day of our lives. Tim was also great to work with and we were pleased with our wedding video! He made sure to record all of our important scenes from our wedding and capture them in a way that was seamless. I would not recommend again. Professionally we had a lot of issues. Our video took about 8 months when we were told it would be 4. And we kept getting the run around when we asked when it would be done. When we finally got our video I was not impressed considering how much it cost. My maid of honors speech did not show her the entire time. It just showed us and you heard her voice in the background. During the mother/son dance it was like the videographer just set the camera up on a stand because several times my husband and mother in law went almost completely out of frame. Also he kept zooming in on the sky and then the floor over and over again and you would think that would be cut from the final product and it was not. To tell them which frames needed to have those moments edited out would have resulted in a pretty long list considering it happened very often. Our pictures came out good and I would hire the photographer again but only if she's working on her own. Overall not very professional and the quality a was not what we paid for or were promised. One of my good friends got married a month after me and used visions forever for their videographer and their video came out even worse than mine. read more

Kristen was my photographer for my engagement photo shoot and she was absolutley amazing. She spent well over the1hr time frame laughing and talking with us to perfect the right poses and scenery. She was so welcoming and personable which helped my fiancé and I to relax and trust her skill. Our photos came out amazing and we are beyond pleased. I am excited to also have her as the photographer for my wedding next may. Our photos were ready in just 3 weeks with a thumb drive and personalized case, as well as access online. I can't believe I didn't write an awesome review for Tim Briggs before this. I was reminded of him today 5 years after my wedding of how absolutely amazing he was! Yet again, for the countless time we watched our wedding video! It reminded me to get over and Yelp Tim!! He deserves it! We searched high and low for the perfect videographer for our wedding. We were told by so many not to have a video of your wedding you'll never watch it. We didn't listen and went and met with Tim. He was absolutely amazing. From the time we had our initial meeting until the day of our wedding, I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tim. Thankfully, I did not listen to anyone else who told me not to get a video of my wedding!! It was the best thing I could have ever done!! Don't listen to anyone else!! Do what you want! Our photographer was so busy talking with all the wealthier guests at my wedding about the stock market that he never took any special photos! I was so mad! BUT..Tim completely covered all the photo opportunities he missed! My photographer was a nightmare! Tim saved the day. I had a gorgeous candy table filled with all penny candy for my guests and my photographer never even got a photo of it. TIM DID! My photographer didn't even get a picture of my "new husband" and I kissing after my vows. TIM DID! My photographer didn't get any of the dessert table we spent so much money on and time making sure it was perfect with a gorgeous ice sculpture...TIM DID! It made up for all the lost photos I should have! Now I have them on video, thanks to Tim! I honestly think he saved my wedding. I never told him that...I hope he reads this and realizes that he really did make our wedding day absolutely amazing and how grateful I really am. To this day we ALWAYS watch that video! It's amazingly done from beginning to end. Edited perfectly and I owe it all to Tim. He was worth every single dime! The only thing I was mad about was I didn't use their photographer! I used one that was recommended by someone else...and what a nightmare. BUT..Video Visions really did save all the special moments I"ll never forget. Kristen from visions forever, did an amazing job capturing our wedding! She got the pictures without disrupting anyone and including people when appropriate. Everyone kept commenting how nice and amazing she was. Kristen went beyond my expectations when she helped bustle my dress when my bridesmaids couldn't figure it out in time! Received an email from Tim about our upcoming wedding with instructions on our seating board, asked me to respond to the email stating I understood the process. Emailed him back stating I understood, and I also asked the question of if I could send him all the info by Saturday instead of Thursday. His response "You can get it to us whenever you want. Just understand that if the process is not complete by 10 days prior to your event, there will be a late/rush fee issued." I responded I understood and told him the info would be sent over way before the 10 day period, and I received yet another unprofessional response "Like I said, It does not matter to me when you get us the info, just know that if it is not submitted for printing by the timeframe we told you, there will be a rush/late fee." After speaking to our venue and informing them of his unprofessionalism, we have decided to do our own seating board, and not give Visions Forever ANY of our business. read more

This videographer was THE WORST. He was entirely unprofessional and we waited over 6 months for the final copies of our wedding videos. We had less than a 30 minute ceremony and he stopped taping in the middle of it. When we addressed this with him he stated that they video tape "the traditional parts of the wedding". In my mind, the homily is a pretty traditional part of the wedding...but apparently we had to specifically asked for this to be video taped?? The quality of the video is poor, the turn around time is horrendous and when a customer is unsatisfied it would be in good taste for the company to offer even a minor discount, which Tim Briggs specifically said he would not do. I am completely dissatisfied with this company, the videographer and the final product. DO NOT RISK WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT! read more

I could not be more pleased with the quality of our wedding photos and video. We had Kristen as our photographer for both the engagement and the wedding day pictures and she did a phenomenal job! Our pictures are so beautiful and captured us perfectly! She was so comfortable to work with and even helped me with buttoning my dress at one point! She captured not just people, but so many of the small details that I spent so much time thinking of that no one probably even notice lol, but she didn't miss a thing. I hope this doesn't sound rude, I forgot she was even there most of the night, bc managed to blend in so good and still get great pictures! Ive heard people say they only have a few great shots, but with Kristen we have hundreds of beautiful pictures! We also had Tim as our videographer.. from our first meeting he was so approachable and explained everything in detail. He responded quickly to all emails and did a great job at taking video! The quality of the video is great and it is so true that the day flies by in a blink of an eye, but with the video, we felt like we actually attended the wedding after watching! He kept our party in line so that everything ran smoothly and people were lined up on time. We got the package with the album, and omg, what a beautiful album it is! It was a little more expensive than I would normally spend on a photo album, but the quality makes up for it! I am so pleased with everything Visions Forever did for us on our big day! They truly captured moments that we will cherish forever, and on a VERY cost efficient budget! They were less expensive than every other place we checked and doing that without going down on quality, its a win win for any couple! Not worth their price! they are as unorganized as it comes! They don't know what each of their clients have paid for. They sent the wrong photographer to my engagement session and she did a horrible job to the point where we gone not even one picture printed. They couldn't keep track of my payments to the point where they kept texting me saying i never paid them to the point where they almost broke my contract because of it to only after i provided proof that they cashed my check they realized oh yeah i did pay them and then didn't even apologize. I paid for 12 hours with my photographer whom showed up late on my wedding day. They kept sending me the wrong password for my online album to view my wedding pictures which were not impressive at all i wouldnt spend any money to print them out. AND then if my mother had not gone to pick up the wedding albums that were included with my package I would have never gotten 7 prints that I paid for. All of which they are claiming have to be of the same picture because they do not send pictures 8 x 10 or larger to the printer without being touched up and its just "too time consuming" for them to touch up multiple pictures. Which to me means their photos are of bad quality and not worth the money I spent on them! read more

I don't even know where to start. We got married on 8/11/18. When we first met with Tim about a year and a half ago we felt so comfortable with him. He answered all the questions we had without hesitation or making us feel dumb ( most of the time we didn't know what we were talking about) lol we knew we had to hire them for our wedding. I was a very anxious bride, I felt all over the place most of the time. Tim and everyone at visions forever always made me feel at ease. We had our engagement photos done as well with Kristen. She made the whole shoot so much fun and we absolutely loved how our pictures turned out! All of our wedding pictures and our video was exactly how we imagined it would be, we wouldn't of changed a thing. My 9 year old daughter was my maid of honor and everyone at visions forever made her feel so special. They made her her own little video that she absolutely loved and it made her feel so included. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for us still now even after our wedding.
