Unfortunately, the service was not done properly. Multiple areas were missed, the technique was rough (including re-waxing the same sensitive area), and I left with significant irritation and bumps. I'm 15 weeks pregnant, and I had chosen this spa specifically because I wanted to feel safe and confident in the provider's experience. I reached out afterward and was offered a "touch-up," but with the irritation I experienced, it didn't feel safe to continue. This was not the level of care or professionalism I expected, and I'm really disappointed given the spa's previous reputation.

Highly satisfied with that experience, I went to the physical location on my own and have now been here about 3 times and have had experiences with 3 massage therapists. The latest massage was with Donna. I came in with intense lower back pain, possibly sciatic. Donna listened to my concerns and we were able pivot from doing a full body massage to focusing on that specific area. My back felt so much better after the massage.
