My glasses wound up being a special order due to the type of lens I wear and when it came back, we found out the doctor I went to wrote me the wrong Rx. Thanks to the scratch/UV protection I got, lens are covered and reordered with the correct Rx this time, no hassle! Can't wait to get my new glasses! I got up and walked out. They put more than one file in the file holder at the door, so when the Dr. W walks out she grabs them all at one time and gets them out of order so she doesn't call patients in order. The Dr. walked around like she was mad at the world. When I went to walk out they tried making an excuse that there was a medical emergency and that is understandable but not when your unorganized and can't keep the patients in order.

So I left on my way back home I received a call and the woman said I didn't show up for my appointment and it was rescheduled for next week. I then told her to cancel it. I would find someone else to go to. Then I got a text for me to call and confirm my appointment. I called and the woman said since I didn't show up for my appointment it was rescheduled for next week. I told her to cancel that. And the reason why. She asked why I didn't show up for my appointment today? Those people have No clue as to what is going on. NEVER AGAIN will I go or tell someone to go there.

Shady people loiter in front, often accosting patrons for spare change. Inside the store other customers are often rude, impolite, and I've even had a racial slur or two hurled at me! Employees and management seem overworked, underpaid, and indifferent. Such negative experiences make it very easy for me to forgo convenience and go out of my way to shop elsewhere. While it is a given that this is a Dollar Tree and not Saks Fifth Avenue, a little civility and respect for others will go a long way to make this location a better place to shop at.

This Mall is ok to me!!…read more A rather small Mall, with the usual stores. Dicks Sporting Goods had that new feel to me. I did enjoy the air conditioning because Lake Charles gets crazy hot. I drove past it a few times looking for it, it's not very visible from the street. Easy parking, multiple entrances, the food court had plenty of fast food choices. I'm talking about the F word along with a few other choice words. His parents must know he has this shirt. Or maybe they don't care. We attempted to find security but none was patrolling the mall. That really gave us the warm fuzzies. I would hope that they would have escorted him out if they saw him. This is the same mall where a lot of women are assaulted during Christmas shopping. They were to install more cameras and increase security. I guess they layoff security during the rest of the year.we will stay away from there.
