I went to the emergency room and they saw nothing. So I contacted Dr. Cozzetta and he was able to see me very quickly. He saw my cornea was scratched and thoroughly cleaned it eye and prescribed me medications! My eye was completely better within a week! I will definitely see him again for eye appointments!

We were the only customers in the store and as such, were immediately escorted back to the station of an optition, "Tony ". We explained what we needed and my mom barely got the glasses out of her pocket before he said, "Those can't be fixed". Nonetheless, she handed them to him and turns out that because of the type of wire frame they were, he WAS able to reattach the arm that was off. The other side was bent and I had to ask to have that straightened. The small plastic nosepieces were also gone but he said he didn't have any of those to replace them, even temporarily with something similar. Really...in a store that sells, repairs and adjusts glasses....no extra nosepieces around? He said, "Go to Visionworks...they do that stuff there...I used to work there." We had no choice but to, indeed, go to Visionworks. Their waiting room was packed in comparison. Despite a 30 minute wait, their optition replaced the nosepieces and adjusted the glasses for her, all while being pleasant and conversational. Plus, there was no charge even though she was not an established customer. Our family is finished with ABBA.

I had requested for a regular eye examination and paid for a regular visit, however, during my eye test the doctor (or whoever performed the test) asked me about how my vision was and during that time I happened to mention that I sometimes had blurry vision when I woke up in the morning (which wasn't anything important). Based on this information, Rocky Mountain Eye center took the privilege to recode the nature of my visit from a regular examination to a medical examination (which my insurance didn't cover) without my knowledge. They didn't provide any extra care/ service besides the freaking eye test that comes as a part of regular eye exam. However, a month later I received a hefty bill from them. Reasoning with their billing department was futile and their representatives were nothing but Rude. Now, they have asked me to pay my outstanding bill in Full to prevent proceedings from Collection agency. My kind suggestions for anyone looking forward for an eye treatment/ glasses, please stay away from this place.

Rocky Mountain Eye Center is the worst medical facility I have every been having to deal with. The…read morestaff and doctors are not patient oriented they are more money oriented. My wife had to go to this facility for Cataract surgery first thing my wife requested both eyes to be done together like I had with the VA. They told her that for safety reasons they could not do both at the same time. My question is if this procedure is so unsafe then why do they expose an unsafe operation twice raising the risk 2 fold. If both eyes are done together lowers the risk. I believe the only reason the will not do both at the same time this is all about money so they can charge for two procedures doubling the cost. This takes away another Veteran possible not being able to get need procedures because two surgery days also they also do not care that patient have to lose two days of work when one is all that is requireds.

The manager Gene on the other hand was a complete piece of rude and unbothered mess! I've been in there before and seen him interact with other people and always told my husband he was a jerk. But this time the attitude was at me and no thank you! The utter disreguard and dismissal I recieved from him was crazy! So your looking for a place for an eye exam and need to be treated with respect and dignity don't go to America's Best in Pueblo! I will NEVER go back and will be taking my business to anyone else! Ways to improve- get organized and create a schedule where everyone knows what's going on. Being there and knowing you're going to have wait for please 90 mins is crazy! Especially if the manager Gene is a condescending, chauvinistic disrespectful human. I've seen him multiple times treat people so poorly.
