I was connected with Nurse Stephanie, and she was able to schedule my mom's IV treatment for the same day as sign up AND they travel to their clients homes, so she was able to come to my mom's home and administer the IV treatment - which was fantastic. Several other companies I checked in with were booked out about a week and prices were much higher. I liked the fact that my mom could get treatment in her home on her schedule with the same nurse each time. Nurse Stephanie provided my mom with her contact information and was great at communicating. She did her best at getting us in for treatments on short notice and was very accommodating to my mom when providing treatment. When she arrived, she was fast and so sweet and helpful. She explained what was in the bag, and added another anti-nausea med. She was also great about explaining how long things might take to kick in. Pricing was great, especially when compared to other options or an ER wait.
